★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nerada pisi negativni hodnoceni, ale chtela bych upozornit na prapodivný způsob komunikace s klienty. Na konci srpna jsem firme Svetlo Turnov zaslala poptavku na kontrolu topneho systemu a revizi elektrokotle v rodinnem dome pred topnou sezonou. Jejich odpoved mi prisla obratem s tim, ze maji plne kapacity, ale ze me jejich technik navstivi v az v rijnu 2018. To jsem chapala a pozadala je tedyo rezervaci na rijen 2018. Na zacatku listopadu jim oept pisi, proc me zadny technik stale nekontaktoval. Omluvili se a prehodili mi termin na prosinec 2018. Pred svatkama po opetove urigaci, mi prestali reagovat na email. Pripomnela jsme se jeste dvakrat - bohuzel bez reakce. Nebudu zpochybnovat technicke znalosti firmy, ale co se tyka organizace a planovani, byla to jedna velka kastrofa. Firme bych doporučila zapracovat na komunikaci s klientelou. Jsem velmi tolerantni clovek a vim, ze kdyz je mnoho zakazek, nestihaji se terminy. Byla by ale slusnost odpovedet a popripade moji poptavku odmitnout.
 I don't like to write negative reviews, but I would like to point out a strange way of communicating with clients. At the end of August, I sent a request to the company Svetlo Turnov to check the heating system and revise the electric boiler in the family house before the heating season. Their answer came to me immediately, saying that they had full capacity, but that their technician would visit me until October 2018. I was afraid and asked them for a reservation for October 2018. At the beginning of November, they write to them why no technician still contacted me. . They apologized and changed my deadline for December 2018. Before the holidays after the re-designation, they stopped responding to my email. We have been reminded twice more - unfortunately without reaction. I will not question the technical knowledge of the company, but in terms of organization and planning, it was one big catastrophe. I would recommend the company to work on communication with the clientele. I am a very tolerant person and I know that when there are many orders, I do not have time. But it would be a good idea to respond and, if necessary, reject my request.
