Best Train station in Czech

J	Jiri Rozsypal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čisto a zeleně. Ale v neděli si tu na městě nedáte kávu s něčím sladkým. Cukrárna má zavřeno. Super sportoviště pro malé i velké. Clean and green. But on Sundays, you can't have coffee with something sweet in town. The patisserie is closed. Super sports ground for small and large.
T	Tomáš Hejzlar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve srovnání s dřívějškem město výrazně zkrásnelo, ma dobrou občanskou infrastrukturu, dokonale vyhovující současnému turistickému i společenskému dění, i když v současných oklestenych podmínkách probíhající pandemie jen omezeně. Zatímco dříve Svitavy působily nevabne, až omsele a odpudivé, nyní je zejména historické centrum velmi pěkné. Compared to the former, the city has become significantly more beautiful, with a good civic infrastructure, perfectly suited to current tourist and social events, although the current pandemic is only limited in the current truncated conditions. While in the past Svitavy seemed unfriendly, even bland and repulsive, now especially the historic center is very nice.
F	Filip Jurášek (inJury Lee) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přepážka otevřena takřka pouze pro ,,nákup jízdenky před jízdou,, tak 15 minut před spojem, otvírací doba je dost složitá, přepážka otevírá a zavírá 3x - 5x za den, takže dotazy a informace řešite s frontou nehezky tvářících se lidí, kteří by rádi jízdenku. O čekárně už je zbytečný mluvit, páč tam je obchod ,,Levné knihy,, radši bych se tam dočetl ,,Levné jízdné,, bo aspoň něco jako ČD Lounge. Zpoždění a jiné neduhy jsou vždy tak trochu denní chléb. Třeba ...Nefunkčnost protějších dveří v Rx, je pro rodiče s kočárkem noční hrůzou, když je ulička úzká jen pro projití pěší a plná schodů a dveří( každé druhé jsou na kliku jinak automat...) tak zase v další stanici třebaČasuDost a nájezdy k druhému nástupišti nečekejte, kolisti s vozíkem na cestování s dítětem, mamky s kočárky a vozíčkáři se asi zapotí. Nemluvě a úschově kol, atd., služby cestujícím minimální... +Kafemat, a WC( vedlejší budova) The desk is open almost only for "buying a ticket before the journey", 15 minutes before the connection, opening hours are quite complicated, the desk opens and closes 3x - 5x per day, so you can solve queries and information with a queue of unpleasant looking people ticket. It is useless to talk about the waiting room, because there is a shop ,, Cheap books ,, I'd rather read there, Cheap fare ,, or at least something like ČD Lounge. Delays and other ills are always a bit of daily bread. Perhaps ... The inoperability of the opposite door in Rx is a nightmare for parents with a pram when the aisle is narrow for pedestrians only and is full of stairs and doors (every other is a door handle differently ...) so again in the next station * Don't wait enough time and raids to the second platform, wheelers with a wheelchair to travel with a child, mothers with prams and wheelchairs will probably sweat. Not to mention and store bikes, etc., passenger service minimal ... + Kafemat, and WC (annex building)

l	lazy lobster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na svitavském nádraží je neustále zima a dokonce tam v zimním období netopí, tudíž pokud tam musíte čekat déle než půl hodiny, hrozí vám, že umrznete. Líbí se mi, jak je vymalovaný podchod a že tu není tolik nástupišť, tudíž vždy stíháte přestup do druhého vlaku. Oceňuji automat na kávu (nelíbí se mi, že je nad ním bezpečnostní kamera). It is constantly cold at Svitavy railway station and even does not heat there in the winter, so if you have to wait there for more than half an hour, you risk freezing. I like the way the subway is painted and that there aren't that many platforms, so you're always chasing a transfer to the second train. I appreciate the coffee machine (I don't like that there is a security camera above it).

The toilet facilities in an adjacent building are appalling and you need to get a key in order to use them. The only positive aspect is the staff behind the ticket counters. They are courteous and efficient. There is a coffee machine in the indoor waiting area.
