Unfortunately, if you want to fix something in the warranty period, things start to happen over which your reason remains. At this company, I claimed a battery that, after approximately 11 months of purchase (6 months of operation and 5 months at room temperature), did not reach even 20% of capacity. Of course, after email, I was assured by phone that I had to send not only the battery and the adapter. As I said I measured everything, I agreed to make everything go smoothly. This interview ended for another 25 days. Then I was again informed by phone about the new fairy tale of this company. They started telling me about battery regeneration and that they tested the battery, and that it wasn't a product defect, because it doesn't relate to a drop in capacity (since I do a little bit, I didn't hear from any supplier in the Czech Republic and in the distribution channel - maybe in some anal but it is another channel ?). Since I did not want to listen to these fairy tales before 19h, I had my comments sent to email. This took another 2 days. After sending an email that I disagree and requesting a return of the battery, I waited another 5 days before I was sent to send it. I would like to point out that a 4-year-old son waited for me for about 34 days. He was looking forward to getting a ride… Of course I would like to offer you a paid exchange for about 1500, - when I changed the battery for 450 CZK and AUTICKO rides super. So at Svitok I like to buy something sometimes, but I would have to be either stoned, poured or out, because I don't run one jedno

exactly as David Veselý wrote, there is no guarantee / complaint ... he gave it and buy it on amazon if it works. he had a completely clean engine inside and no water ever got in. I was shown photos from the drive unit from the outside, which of course no one will have completely clean, but the problem was elsewhere. simply engine council life and was in guarantee what was not recognized. that's all ... a new engine costs 1250kc and they charged me 3300kc with shipping so if no one has a similar problem, just buy a new engine, there are 4 screws and you can replace it yourself ...
