"" "" I completely agree with the writer of this evaluation, I will just add briefly ... a nice, nice consultant of the Sykora company in Vysocany - the price is around CZK 34,000, and what did we get for it? First, the installer served us that we did not have the electrical installation ready, and Miss Adviser promised us that it would be done by the installer - her good acquaintances - but for a fee. After we entertained Mr. Istalater with a good lunch, he took a deposit of 5000KC for his friend electrician. The electrician came to slide two sockets and put another one for the refrigerator, he charged 7000Kc in about 3 hours of work, to my question what happened to the "backup" - nothing he didn't know. It was later found out that the installer kept the 5000 KC tech. After our complaint - he was probably fired and others came - they were clever ... The problem occurred during installation, the kitchen for almost 350000KC had a miniature island with two !!!! sockets ... The counselor somehow started not to waste time, and so her superior, first very unpleasant later, changed to our new apartment (cash price 4.5 million CZK and when she saw the horror of what the counselor actually gave us - she tried to turn this overpriced kitchen scum into something that can be cooked (I note that my wife and I are older citizens of 84 and 80 years, with limited mobility (I'm waiting for the operation on the floor) and thanks to the fact that we are actually "war" children, so we are medium-sized characters). 169 and 164 cm, so the doors on the cabinets are unavailable to my wife after opening ... After about 3 months of further cooking and management of our kitchen, the mechanics finally gave up, and we were left with a partially functional kitchen ... To be at least a little (User friendly) it is still necessary to replace the compartments or rabbit pens - for the role of kitchen utensils, for pull-outs - which is the normal standard of the 21st century. To date, we have paid in cash to Sykora almost the entire amount, still missing to pay t approx. 17000 - packer against the total amount, we will be happy to settle the supplement, and the Sykora company will replace the remaining compartments with either drawers or wire pull-out cages. These products are in stock by the Hettich company with which Sykora cooperates. Mobile drawers or hoops are an absolute necessity for people our age, it is very painful for us to dig somewhere at the floor in the back in the compartment for a pack of semolina .. In conclusion, dear people, (if you do not pay yet) then the situation will change completely, lies, excuses, threats and all the time..there are those experiences with the company Sykora vic that I would like to share, but and later, and from me Sykorovic lawyer will go to court .... Of course, the mistake is on our side, because we returned to Prague after 40 years of living in Canada, and unfortunately we thought, but do you know what it means to think of? Tresnak

We bought our SYKORA kitchen in September 1999 and no problem to date. I have to praise the girl from the studio in Zlín, who at the time designed it so well that she meets our everyday requirements even after 20 years. I RECOMMEND !

We chose the Sykora kitchen studio in Vizov for the realization of our kitchen and it was a great choice. During the two visits, we had a kitchen design, including a selection of specific appliances. The saleswoman beautifully combined kitchen design elements with functionality. Many thanks also go to the assembly group for their approach and willingness to assemble the kitchen. We will be happy to return for furniture to other rooms of our house.

We were interviewed twice at Sykora. I have never experienced such behavior. I had an interview with Mr. Sykora directly. For the first time 3 years ago. I had no practice in the field and therefore I thought it was doing that. The second time I was interviewed a few days ago. For two years I have been planning a made-to-measure kitchen and that is why I was expecting a different treatment, but it was like a copier. The interview lasted about 5 minutes and we sat at the reception among the people. During this time, I was very briefly told how much I will be paid and what the working time is. He didn't want to know anything about me, all he was interested in was whether someone in the family was working with furniture. The fact that I personally work with furniture, is probably not essential for the company (the work is reported to my relatives that ..) The interview had me so that either they already have someone and want to deal with me quickly or that they actually do not need anyone. I am not bad for them that they did not take me 3 years ago even now, that they probably will not take me (nor would I start such a company after such experience), but I am quite taken aback from the approach of the company owner. If I didn't meet their requirements, I don't know why I was invited to the interview at all. In a personal meeting, I said nothing but what was in the CV. I have never experienced such an interview approach in any company.

We learned about SYKORA kitchens from acquaintances who chose it years ago and are satisfied with it. After several visits to various retailers (and that they are on our market today), we also visited a model store in Vizovice on recommendation. Before the final selection of our kitchen, we wanted to get a better overview and make sure that we did our best for the selection. Immediately after our arrival at the store, we were received by a nice lady who willingly took care of us. She showed us new trends in kitchens, explained the differences and advantages of the wide range of materials, functions offered and was interested in our idea. Since we left after about two hours with a pleasant feeling, we had an offer sent to the e-mail that would suit our idea. Due to our expectations and demands (the kitchen is not only about design, but also about practicality), another consultation was necessary, when we fine-tuned the details and approved the final design. We chose the kitchen, including built-in appliances, and since the technology and options have advanced considerably, we also took advice. After three weeks, the kitchen was made and we agreed on an assembly date. I must say that despite minor obstacles, the craftsmen, who also provided us at the store, did a great job. We are excited about our new kitchen! It has become the pride of our house and cooking in it is a pleasant experience. Cuisine SYKORA, we can, like our friends, only recommend.

The slogan Kitchen of the highest quality - it does not fit me personally to my experience. It is definitely necessary to work on the quality of the approach to the customer. When choosing a kitchen, we went around three kitchen studios and finally chose Sykor, from whom my wife liked the kitchen the most. I praise the process of designing the kitchen, everything went as expected. The problem began to be when choosing appliances, where the customer must focus on a relatively narrow range of brands and model lines. I exchanged many emails with the studio before we agreed on the final appliances. When writing the contract, we were given a binding installation date, for which we should have everything ready. They made a deposit of 1/2 of the price and the production of the required line began. A few days before the agreed date and the composition of the rest of the price, they wrote to me from the studio that unfortunately one appliance could not be secured and that it would be exchanged for another available one. Since I did not want to go through the emailing of emails with appliance designs, I approved the proposed piece. On the agreed date, the craftsmen started calling in the afternoon that the kitchen was unfortunately not completely finished, because they had two bad doors (from the refrigerator and the freezer), they also got bad filters that do not go into the selected hood and then that the hinge covers are missing. I asked when the set will be delivered and unfortunately he doesn't know that he will be sent back and see him when he is. In addition, I have to pay extra parking fees in the blue zone and the installation of drawers, which I considered to be included. I was warned that I had to choose and buy the sockets myself, which I was counting on, but not that you would put a rocket behind the kitchen and leave the wires off the wall. Our joy that we would be done and fully enjoy the new kitchen was there. There were several emails with questions, and finally, after about three weeks, the implementation company said that it had some things, but not everything, so we can say if they can come up with what they have or wait for the set. I'd rather let them give what they have right away. Subsequently, the situation subsided again. When I asked for the rest, they said they forgot about me. I asked for compensation for the late delivery of the missing parts and I was told that everything was / will be delivered gradually. I don't really like such an approach from a company that presents itself with the slogan of the highest quality kitchen. There are penalties for the customer if he does not have everything ready for installation in time, but the seller does not have to make a mistake. I definitely recommend considering who you can make your kitchen from. I would not comment on the evaluation of the kitchen as such yet, we only have it for a short time and it is still incomplete :(
