★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já nevím, asi jsem měl smůlu na lidi, ale potkal jsem tu takové dvě dámy, jedna kyselejší než druhá… rozumím tomu, že jsem měl nestandardní požadavek, hvězdu navíc dávám za to, že se aspoň snažily telefonicky zjišťovat, jak to je a jestli mi mohou vyhovět, ale bylo na nich vidět, jak je to celé strašně obtěžuje… nakonec jsem byl rád, že jsem se nenechal obsloužit a šel jsem do jiného odběrového pracoviště SynLabu, kde to bylo s osobním přístupem úplně jinak.
 I don't know, I was probably unlucky with people, but I met two ladies here, one more sour than the other… I understand that I had a non-standard request, I also consider the star that they at least tried to find out by phone what it's like and if they can satisfy me, but it was obvious how annoying they were all of them - in the end I was glad that I didn't let myself be served and I went to another SynLab collection point, where it was completely different with a personal approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V laboratoři se nacházely tři zaměstnankyně. Byly nepříjemné a extrémně pomalé. I lenochod by to zvládl rychleji. Seděl jsem tam přes 45 minut. Za takové peníze bych čekal výrazně lepší péči. Už tam nikdy nestrčím ani nos…
There were three employees in the laboratory. They were annoying and extremely slow. Even a sloth would be able to do it faster. I sat there for over 45 minutes. For such money, I would expect significantly better care. I'll never stick my nose in there again…
