★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný koncept, primárně výroba sýrů, které nemají chybu. V bistru vám z nich připraví například těstoviny nebo brynzové halušky, vše vynikající. Krásné prostředí, příjemná obsluha. Bistro je samoobslužné, nejdříve se objedná u pultu a dostanete malou krabičku, která zapípá, když je vaše jídlo hotové.
Beautiful concept, primarily the production of cheeses that have no error. In the bistro you can prepare pasta or bryndza dumplings, all excellent. Beautiful environment, friendly service. The bistro is self-service, first ordered at the counter and you get a small box that beeps when your meal is ready.

Cheese specialty, which you can recognize by far from its typical smell / stench. The cheeses and other assortment are really high quality, so ideal to visit before the evening with wine!
