★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klidně bych nedal žádnou hvězdu, kdyby to šlo. Šel jsem si koupit twist kartu, tedy jejich produkt a oni ho nemají??? Pri tom kartu mají v každé trafice. Tak dostali vydělat jinde. Ale tuhle jejich politiku nechápu...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jděte do pytle, fakt... tady máte, že je do 12 v sobotu otevřeno , na dveřích ani zmínku, že to tak nebude a je zavřeno.... naprosto zbytečná cesta 45 km tam a pak ještě zpět...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na tuto pobocku jsem chodil leta a vsichni moji znamy....a vsichni jsme byli naprosto spokojeni . Vzdy jsme chodili za pani Veronikou Sedláčkovou , ktera byla vzdy ochotna, velmi profesionalni a bylo videt, ze ma spoustu odbornych znalosti a delala vizitku teto prodejny po několik let a vzdy s usměvem,zřejmě ji to opravdu bavilo .Na pobocce jsem milnuly rok zjistil, ze uz tam bohuzel neni.Vsichni moji znamí začali říkat, že je to na pobočce katastrofa a ze uz nemaji duvěru si tam něco zřizovat, odbornost pracovniku je na nízké urovni a jezdi raději do Prahy . Zakaznikovi lžou, ze tohle a tohle nejde, jen , aby prodali vyssi tarif nebo Vam dali novou sluzbu jako podminku, kterou vubec nepotrebujete viz. nase navsteva. Na zakladě recenzi od lidi, jsem jeste radeji zavolal na infolinku, kde mi rekli uplne jine informace a muj pozadavek vyresili bez dohad.Chapu, ze se musi nabizet sluzby, ale ne timto zpusobem. Kazdy se to musi nejak naucit , ale chybi Vam tam nějaky profik jako byla prave slecna Veronika.Nevite nekdo , jestli treba nepracuje na jine pobocce nebo o konkurence? Nebo nema na ni nekdo kontakt? Kazdopadne s T-Mobile jako takovym jsem spokojen.

Unfortunately, he is no longer there. All my acquaintances have started to say that it is a disaster at the branch and that they no longer have the confidence to set up something there, the professionalism of the employee is at a low level and they prefer to go to Prague. Customers are lying that this and this is not possible, just to sell a higher tariff or give you a new service as a condition that you do not need at all, see. our visit. Based on a review from people, I even preferred to call the infoline, where they told me completely different information and solved my request without guesswork. I understand that the services must be offered, but not in this way. Everyone has to learn it somehow, but you are missing a professional like Miss Veronika Veronika. Does anyone know if you need to work at another branch or about the competition? Or does anyone have contact with her? In any case, I am satisfied with T-Mobile as such.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operátor mi zamluvil tarif + telefon a že na mě bude objednávka čekat na osobní odběr na této pobočce.Jeste mi říká ano v sobotu mají do 12 hodin.Tak jsem v sobotu vyrazil a na dveřích cedulka - Soboty zavřeno!!!!!! Dělají si z lidí akorát blázny. Takhle se chováte k vašim zákazníkům??
