Doporučuji majitelům proškolení zaměstnanců na jednání se zákazníkem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeptal jsem se obsluhy jestli mají tenké cigaretové papírky, odvětila, že neví co to je. Když jsem se dámy ptal, jestli mi ukáže jaké teda mají, v polovině věty se obrátila na dalšího zákazníka a začala mu vyřizovat los. Horší zážitek s obsluhou jsem ještě neměl.
