★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netuším zda jsem ve svých recenzích někdy udělil tak špatné hodnocení. Doporučuji však vyhnout se těmto obchodům velkým obloukem. Při návštěvě prodejny mne zaujalo již to, že prodavačky pár zákazníků vůbec nezajímalo a důležitější pro ně byla jejich nenakupující kamarádka. Překvapivé bylo to, že jsem dceři nemohl vyzkoušet vybrané jeansy, ale vzhledem ke covitové situaci se to dalo pochopit. Problém nastal v okamžiku, kdy jsem se zeptal "vyrušené" prodavačky, zda zakoupené kalhoty mohu vrátit zpět. Dozvěděl jsem se, že to je možné pouze pokud si za ně vyberu jiné zboží. Řekl jsem, že pokud je zakoupím a dceři nebudou sedět, chtěl bych vrátit peníze. To však arogantní prodavačka rezolutně odmítla. Zkusil jsem to v síti Takko v Lounech a Žatci se stejným výsledkem. Proto jsem si to ověřil na info lince v Brně a operátorka jednala podobně. Pochopil jsem, že toto protizákonné opatření vzniklo někde ve vedení. Proto doporučuji tuto síť obchodů bojkotovat! Nejsme ovce a neskočíme na podivné obchodní praktiky.
I have no idea if I've ever given such a bad rating in my reviews. However, I recommend avoiding these shops with a big bend. When I visited the store, I was already interested in the fact that the saleswomen were not interested in a few customers at all, and their non-shopping friend was more important to them. Surprisingly, I couldn't try selected jeans on my daughter, but given the situation, I could understand. The problem occurred when I asked the "disturbed" saleswoman if I could return the purchased pants. I learned that this is only possible if I choose other goods for them. I said that if I bought them and my daughters would not sit, I would like a refund. However, the arrogant saleswoman resolutely refused. I tried it in the Takko network in Louny and Žatec with the same result. That's why I checked it on the info line in Brno and the operator acted similarly. I understood that this illegal measure originated somewhere in the leadership. That is why I recommend boycotting this network of shops! We are not sheep and we do not jump into strange business practices.
