★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když vás někdo pro něco pošle a vy nemáte ani šajnu o tom, co to má být a jak velké, vždy se o vás postarají. Příjemný a velmi ochotný personál, který ví, o čem mluví a dokáže poradit i chlapovi který se cítí jako uprostřed lesa. :)))
When someone sends you for something and you have no idea what it should be and how big, they will always take care of you. Pleasant and very helpful staff who knows what they are talking about and can advise a guy who feels like he is in the middle of the forest. :)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velmi nekvalitní zpracování. Po prvním použití se mi utrhlo poutko na vedení pásku a to u obou kalhot, které jsem v obchodě koupila. Reklamaci mi neuznali z důvodu mechanického zavinění místo, aby uznali chybu nekvalitního švu. To, že mi napsali, že jsem je prala na špatný program i když jedny vůbec prané nebyly. Opravdu naprosto neseriózní jednání. Již nikdy více. Budu věc předávat dále.

Unfortunately, very poor processing. After the first use, the strap for guiding the tape tore off for both pants, which I bought in the store. They did not accept the complaint due to mechanical fault instead of acknowledging the mistake of a poor quality seam. The fact that they wrote me that I washed them for the wrong program, even though some of them were not washed at all. Really absolutely frivolous behavior. Never again. I will pass the matter on.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop for me!
