Přístup k zákazníkovi otřesný, chování absolutně arogantní, něco objednáte a pošlu Vám úplně něco jiného, následně se nápravy již nedomůžete. Pokial ste este iba pozicii zaujemcu o tovar a kupujuceho (teda planujete platit), obchodnik je velmi promptny a ochotny - odpoveda obratom. Problem nastava pri akomkolvek pokuse o reklamaciu zo strany zakaznika - v tom okamihu sa nedovolate ziadnej reakcie. Ja takto riesim reklamaciu nefunkcneho zipsu (ktory sa rozletel po prvom prani ma 30 stupnoch☹️) uz od polovice oktobra 2021. Nereaguju na maily, telefon prevadzky nikto nedviha...az na dnesny den (asi sa pomylili??), kde ma pani po mojej vyzve ze si neplnia zakonne lehoty zacala odporucat napisat reklmaciu na emailovu adresu (kde som pisala uz 5 alebo 6 krat a bez reakcie), takze som ju musela vyviest z reality. V zavere len tolko, budu zrejme musiet celit navsteve obchodnej inspekcie, lebo tuto uz konci vsetka sranda a aj moja osobna trpezlivost! Prosim vyhybajte sa tomuto e-shopu! I do not respond to emails, no one picks up the phone ... until today (they probably made a mistake), where Ms. after my request that they did not meet the legal deadlines, she began to recommend writing a complaint to the email address (where I had written 5 or 6 times and without a response), so I had to take her out of reality. In conclusion, I will probably have to face a visit to the trade inspection, because this is all the fun and my personal patience at the end! Please avoid this e-shop!
