★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezké místo na posezení nad dobrou kávou.Super výhled na rybník Kocian a zámek.Pořádají sezde nejrůznější akce možnost pronajmuti například sraz spolužáků,svatebni hostina a jiné.V přízemí to patří zdejším rybářům.Zde za poplatek půjčovna rybářských potřeb na chytání v zdejším rybníků Kocian.

Jeden příklad za všechny - slečny na barem mají unikátní techniku čepování piva z výšky s postupným dotáčením. Díky tomu má pivo nezaměnitelný říz a od prvního doušku do posledního chutná stejně (jako kapáč).
