She asked me to fill up the form without looking, I told her three times my form was already filled to make her take a look, then she’s acting very unpleasant to do the paperwork, I asked her what’s the problem. She said “you are the one has problem” then she asked me to leave, said she refuse to tax refund me!!!! I told her this is her job, like it or not I am tax refunding here, this is my right, then she swing my passport says “let me see which country you come from” and then she caused me trouble with exchange, and she refused to tax refund for my girlfriend. Then we had to go to another global blue.

I have arrived before and therefore was the first customer. The lady was kind and very helpful, explained each step needed to do after at the airport. In general, It was a great experience. For clarification- the country refund only 12%.. so think if it worth the trouble...
