★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Řekl mi že se mu už nechce. Chápu kdyby se se omluvil a řekl že už nepracuje, ale odpověď ,,Nechce se mi." Mi příjde neslušné mluvit vůči zákazníkovi. Takhle si se zákazníky nedovolim mluvit ani já.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejdřív potvrdil, že nás vyzvedne za 20 min, o 5 min později dokonce prý za 10 min. Podle toho jsme si koupili lístek na vlak, který už pak nešel vrátit, načež mi to individuum přestalo zvedat telefony a neobjevilo se ani za půl hodiny, kdy nám ten vlak ujel. Než objednávat takovou "službu", je lepší jít pěšky.
