P	Petra J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26.8. jsem ve 22:00 za cestu Český Krumlov autobusové nádr. - Dolní Pláně (10 km) s taxi Lidovka zaplatila 600,- Kč. Za naprosto stejnou trasu dnes otec platil u taxi FOKR 350,- Kč. Tak nevím, jestli je mezi dnem a nocí téměř 100% přirážka, anebo mě pan řidič pěkně natáhl. A to pro mě nemusel ani jezdit, protože shodou okolností stál na benzínce hned vedle autobusáku a měl namířeno po stejné trase do Kaplice. Odpověď majiteli: Dobrý den, žádnou účtenku jsem nedostala, taxíky běžně nejezdím, takže mě to ani nenapadlo, navíc jsem tehdy neznala ujetou vzdálenost. Holt za blbost se platí. 26.8. V	Vendula Zelenková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je mi líto, ale tuto taxislužbu určitě už nikdy nevyužiju. Volali jsme si taxi a pán řidič nám řekl, že do 25 minut přijede. Uplynulo více jak 35 minut a my jak trubky stále čekali na naše taxi. Když jsme volali znovu, pán nám sdělil, že na nás zapomněl a do 5min je na místě. Uplynulo dalších 10minut a tak jsme využili konkurenci, která byla na místě hned. Doteď se nám z taxi služby nikdo neozval.....predpokládám tedy, že ani na místo nedorazil. Pokud budete spěchat na vlak či autobus asi bych se raději této taxislužbě vyhnula... I'm sorry, but I will definitely never use this taxi service again. We called a taxi and the driver told us he would be there in 25 minutes. More than 35 minutes passed and we were still waiting for our taxis like the pipes. When we called again, the gentleman told us that he had forgotten about us and was in place within 5 minutes. Another 10 minutes passed and so we took advantage of the competition, which was in place right away. So far, no one has called us from the taxi service ..... I therefore assume that he has not even arrived at the place. If you hurry to the train or bus, I would probably rather avoid this taxi service ...
J	Jirka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem volal minimálně hodinu dopredu , že bych potřeboval taxi na určený čas nikdo nepřijel při zpětném volání to nikdo nebral, kde je lidská slušnost vážení si zákazníků, zřejmě měl lukrativnější zahraniční kšeft , za mě rozhodně nedoporučuji.... Z puvodnich 20 minut jsme cekali 45 minut, ridic nas po nekolila hovorech iniciovanych z nasi strany ujistoval, ze prijede do 2 minut. Chapeme, ze muze byt vic prace, nebo se nemusi stihat, ale snad existuje jeste neco jako slusnost a dat vedet, nemyslite? Uvest skutecny cas prijezdu a nelhat opakovane do telefonu. Ostuda a totalni vysmech lidem. Temer po hodine jsme jeli s konkurenci, ktera prijela do 5 minut (ackoli avizovali 10-15 minut). Absolutely unprofessional behavior of the driver, who has not the slightest idea of time. We waited 45 minutes from the original 20 minutes, the driver assured us that he would arrive within 2 minutes after a few calls initiated by us. We understand that there may be more work or they don't have to catch up, but maybe there's still something like the decency and data to know, don't you think? Tell the actual time of arrival and do not lie on the phone repeatedly. Shame and total ridicule of the people. Almost after an hour we drove with the competition, which arrived within 5 minutes (although they announced 10-15 minutes).
