V	Veronika Krátká on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxik prijel s pulhodinovym zpozdenim, protoze taxikar zabloudil (netrefil do Koliby U cerneho medveda), pote nas informoval, ze s navigaci zasadne nejezdi. Jel, jako by byl opily a bali jsme se, ze se auto rozsype. The taxi arrived with a half-hour delay because the taxi driver got lost (he did not hit Koliba U Cerneho meda bear), then informed us that he would not sit with the navigation. He rode as if he were drunk and we were afraid the car would spill.

Ve zline chybi slusna taxisluzba. Eat like a beast - young a year ago. Spinave old cars in a desolate state. Borec was shouting like a stinker - an old man today. Come VI3. There is a lack of a decent taxi service in Zlín.

Po opětovném zavolání na dispečink to zvedl stejný člověk a opilým hlasem mi řekl, že o ničem neví a ať si zavolám jinam? Tomu říkám služby první třídy... Bylo nám řečeno hodina a 10 minut, když po 1,5 hodině stále nikdo nedorazil, zavolala jsem na dispečink, kde mi pán oznámil, že tedy dorazí za 7-8 minut, po 20 minutách jsem tedy zavolala, kde je onen taxík. Pán na dispečinku mi oznámil, že tam 15 minut už předtím čekal a nikdo tam nebyl... Žádné taxi tou cestou ale neprojelo. Vzpomněla jsem si na knihu od Samuela Becketta a jeho Čekání na Godota, kdy nám v závěru knihy chlapec oznamuje, že Godot dnes nedorazí. We ordered a taxi for the New Year. We were told an hour and 10 minutes, when after 1.5 hours still no one arrived, I called the dispatching where the master announced that he would arrive in 7-8 minutes, so after 20 minutes I called where the taxi was. The master in the control room told me that he had been there 15 minutes before and no one was there ... I remembered a book by Samuel Beckett and his Waiting for Godot, when at the end of the book the boy announces that Godot will not arrive today.

To že svítily autu snad všechny kontrolky tak je mi jedno.. ale telefonování za volantem v aute které má najeto 600000km.. necítil jsem se bezpečně. Jel jsem s nimi 3x za 2 dny a řídíci normálně smskuji za jízdy. 1x jsem dostal účet. I didn't get the bill I needed to work to pay and the driver told me he couldn't give it to me. I don't care that all the lights were on my car, but I don't care .. but phoning behind the wheel in a car that has driven 600000 km .. I didn't feel safe. I rode with them 3 times in 2 days and I normally smirk the drivers while driving. I got an account once.
K	Kassandra Grey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuhle taxi službu využívám hrozně ráda. Jsou spolehliví, rychlí a za slušné peníze. Mám s nimi jen pozitivní zkušenosti. Dnes vnoci jsme jejich služby potřebovali dvakrát, pán milý, příjemný a ochotný už po telefonu, i když byly pvně asi dvě ráno. Když jsem si taxi volala o půl čtvrté znovu, opět to zvedl ten samý pán, opět milý, příjemný a ochotný (i přes to, že musel vést mého kamaráda, který se opilý choval jako ten největší ko*ot a neustále mu vyvolával, naprosto zbytečně). Za třináct minut (přesně jak řekl) byl v Malenovicích, skvěle jsme si popovídali (nutno dodat, že většinu rozhovoru tvořily mé omluvy za toho idiota, ale bral to s nadhledem a ještě jsme se zasmáli) a veškeré problémy, které předtím vznikly, se mi podařilo vyřečit během asi dvou minut a účtenky. Netuším, proč mají tady tak negativní recenze, já je využívám relativně často (využívám jenom je, protože ostatní mají věčně všechny vozy v terénu) a vždy naprostá spokojenost! PLNĚ DOPORUČUJI! I love to use this taxi service. They are reliable, fast and with decent money. I have only positive experience with them. Tonight we needed their services twice, gentleman, nice and helpful by phone, even though they were about two in the morning. When I called the taxi at half past four again, the same gentleman picked it up again, nice, pleasant and helpful again (despite having to lead my friend who was drunk like the biggest kite and constantly evoked him, absolutely unnecessarily). In thirteen minutes (exactly as he said) he was in Malenovice, we had a great chat (I must add that most of the interview was my apologies for the idiot, but he took it easy and we laughed) and all the problems that arose before were I managed to speak out in about two minutes and receipts. I have no idea why they have such negative reviews here, I use them relatively often (I only use them, because others always have all the cars in the field) and always total satisfaction! FULLY RECOMMEND!
L	Lucia Ziman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednaná služba rozvozu lidí z rodinné oslavy tři týdny předem, v den oslavy ještě potvrzeno. Po zavolání taxi nám bylo řečeno, že za 20 min jsou na místě. Po 35 min voláme opět, tentokrát se arogantní pán začal rozčilovat, že na danou adresu nikdo nechce jet a následně práskl telefonem. Absolutně nedoporučuji, neprofesionální a obecně katastrofální jednání. After 35 minutes we call again, this time the arrogant gentleman started to get upset that no one wants to go to the given address and then he hit the phone. I absolutely do not recommend unprofessional and generally catastrophic behavior.
