A	Andrea Ondrůjová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupila jsem si v tomto obchodě mé oblíbené trekové boty značky Garmish po půl roce se rozlepily v ohybu nohy, tak jsem je reklamovala,byly opraveny zalepenim, poštovné jsem ale samozřejmě platila já,prý byly opraveny nad rámec reklamačních požadavků. Pak se mi asi po 3 měsících prodrely v místě achilovky, opět posláno na reklamaci, opět placeno poštovné z mé strany. Nakonec mi praskla podrážka v místě paty a to bylo krátce před koncem záruční doby,poštovné jsem platila již potřetí. Bota nejen ze přes prasklinu vrzala,ale samozřejmě do ni zatekalo. Jiz nekolik let trpim na problémy s patnimi ostruhami,proto potřbuji pevnou botu a predevsim spolehlivou prave v patní části . Reklamace byla zamítnuta s tím, že nebyla závada nalezena a boty zaslány zpět v den kdy končila záruční doba. Opravdu super kauf!!!! Obchod nedoporučuji! I bought my favorite Garmish trekking shoes in this shop after half a year, they came together in the bend of the foot, so I complained about them, they were repaired by gluing, but of course I paid the postage, they were said to have been repaired beyond the complaint requirements. Then, after about 3 months, they broke through in the place of the Achilovka, sent again for a complaint, postage paid by me again. Eventually, the sole in my heel cracked and it was shortly before the end of the warranty period, I paid the postage for the third time. The shoe not only creaked across the crack, but of course it leaked into it. I have been suffering from problems with heel spurs for several years now, so I need a sturdy shoe and especially a reliable one in the heel part. The complaint was rejected on the grounds that the defect was not found and the shoes were sent back on the day when the warranty period ended. Really great buy !!!! I do not recommend the store!

Nesedely mi velikosti, po telefonní konzultaci jsem objednal větší velikost a původní boty bez problému vzali zpět. Děkuji a doporucuju! They have a wide selection of shoes in stock and after ordering my house they came within two days. My sizes did not fit, after a telephone consultation I ordered a larger size and took back the original shoes without any problems. Thank you and I recommend!
