★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme si 300ks černých krejčovských metrů s potiskem 1,5m dlouhých, dorazila nám objednávka s 300ks metry, ale v ČERVENÉ barvě jen 1m dlouhých!
Snažili jsme se s paní po telefonu domluvit a zjistit, proč tato chyba nastala. Bylo nám řečeno, že metry, které jsme si objednali už nemají 2 měsíce na skladě a otočili se na tom, že v návrhu pro schválení jsme přehlédli číslo artiklu, a tak žádná reklamace není možná, že je chyba na naší straně.
Proč nás nikdo předem neupozornil, že metry, které jsme si objednali nejsou na skladě je nám opravdu záhadou. Firma jednoznačně počítala s tím, že drobné číslo ve smlouvě přehlédneme!
Pracujeme s klienty s nadváhou a obezitou a na 100m se málo kdo přeměří.
300ks metrů za 5tis můžeme tedy vesele hodit do koše.
S přístupem firmy jsme opravdu nespokojení! NEDOPORUČUME!

 We ordered 300pcs of black tailors meters with 1.5m long print, we received an order with 300pcs of meters, but only 1m long in RED!
We tried to arrange with the lady on the phone to find out why this error occurred. We were told that the meters we had ordered were no longer in stock for two months and turned out that we had missed the item number in the approval proposal, so no claim is possible that it is a mistake on our side.
Why no one has warned us in advance that the meters we didn't order are really a mystery. The company clearly anticipated that we will overlook the small number in the contract!
We work with overweight and obese clients, and at 100m we don't have much to measure.
300pcs of meters per 5tis we can throw happily into the trash.
We are really dissatisfied with the company approach! NEDOPORUČUME!
