★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše v pořádku, obsluha milá. Jediné co mě trochu mrzelo, že slečna nešikovně dala na nápoj šlehačku a druhá paní za obsluhovacím pultem ji řekla, ať udělá nový nápoj. Nám by spadlá šlehačka na stranu nevadila, je škoda vylévat celý nápoj. Myslím, že se obsluha mohla zeptat, ale chápu, že za to asi přímo nemůžou a je to takto nastavené v celé firmě, že podávají pouze dokonalé nápoje. Ale je to plýtvání.
 Everything okay, service nice. The only thing that regretted me a little that awkwardly put whipped cream on the drink, and the second lady behind the console told her to make a new drink. We would not mind fallen whipped cream on the side, it is a pity to pour out the whole drink. I think the staff could ask, but I understand that it is probably not the fault and it is so set up throughout the company that they serve only perfect drinks. But it's a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kavu maji výbornou o tom zadna a uzasne obleceni , velice rada nakupuji znacku tchibo , ale jelikož to mam ke kamenné prodejne daleko a kdyz uz se sem nekdy dostanu neni zde moc rozsáhlá nabídka, nez co vse najdete na internetu .... tak se ale pak i bohuzel stane ze Vam ne zrovna vse sedne nebo vypada tak, jak jste si zrovna představovali . A proto jsem vcera navštívila tuto prodejnu kvuli vracení zbozi . A vážně nemila zkusenost ! Pri příchodu Vas nikdo nepozdravi a ani neodpoví na pozdrav , poté co si stoupnete jedné z pokladen ,protoze ani u jedne nestoji prodavačka, takze nevíte kam tedy se postavit ,tak Vas samozdrejme poslou k te druhe pokladně protoze se tam si zrovna jedna s prodavacek rozhodla jit ... neochota sama ! Dve tam na Vas koukají tak hnusne ze začínáte litovat ze jste si vubec neco objednaly ...co bohuzel nesedlo a ted tu musíte stat ...Mam zkusenost i s vracenim zbozi na prodejne v Plzni a tam nebyl jediny problem . Milé tchibo jako mate výbornou kavu a uzasne obleceni , tak kez by jste meli i takovy personal ve Varech na Vasi kamenné prodejne ...

And that's why I visited this store yesterday to return the goods. And she really didn't have any experience! When you arrive, no one will greet you or answer a greeting after you step on one of the cash registers, because there is no saleswoman at any of them, so you do not know where to stand, so of course you will be sent to the other cash register because one of the salesmen decided there. jit ... reluctance alone! The two of them are looking at you so disgusting that you are starting to regret that you ordered something at all ... which unfortunately did not sit and now you have to stand here ... I also have experience with returning goods to stores in Pilsen and there was not a single problem. Dear tchibo, as you have excellent coffee and amazing clothes, so if you have such a staff in Vary at your stone shop ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miluji kávu Tchibo, bohužel dnes nezbyl čas k tomu, aby mi ji obsluha udělala, jelikož už v 19:40 mi bylo oznámeno, že mají umyté kávovary.
I love Tchibo coffee, unfortunately there was no time left today for the staff to make it for me, because at 19:40 I was informed that they had washed coffee machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při koupi kafe chtěla obsluha vidět certifikát o očkování. Na to nemá zákonné právo. Proto si kafe radši koupím jinde.
