Few days ago, probably because of the festive shopping days, I waited too long in queue, after I paid my kilo of coffee and order3d one to go, i was asked to wait in line again on the other counter and tell them i paid my to go, but order it when my turn comes. It took 10 min. This has never happened before. Maybe it was a personal decision of the employee, maybe not. This is my only note.

Overall, cozy and comfortable place, ideal for quiet introverts. Staff always gives full attention, however, knows when to give privacy; that indicates socially sensitive and experienced people. Go there if you don't like noisy and colorful places.
