★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem byla vrátit šaty, které jsem měla z e-shopu. Bohužel mě nenapadlo, že se šaty musí vrátit i s kartonem, který je v oblečení a za to jsem "vyfasovala" brutální kázání, kdy nebyla přijata ani má omluva a kázání se neustále opakovalo. Všemu přihlíželo několik zákazníků s udivenými výrazy, což mi potvrdil manžel. Do dnes jsem měla v jiných obchodech jiných firem jen pozitivní zkušenosti a to i v Německu. Značku Tchibo doporučuji, ale tuto prodejnu rozhodně ne.
Today I was returning the dress I had from the e-shop. Unfortunately, it did not occur to me that the dress must return with the cardboard that is in my clothes, and for that I "made" a brutal sermon, when my apology was not accepted and the sermon was repeated over and over again. Several customers watched with surprised expressions, which my husband confirmed to me. To date, I have had only positive experiences in other stores of other companies, even in Germany. I recommend the Tchibo brand, but I definitely do not recommend this store.
