Normalni cena za servis, avsak zcela NEKOMPETENTNI servis Vaillant. Porucha F.33 (nedostatecny tah odvodu spalin) na kotli Vaillant TurboTec VU242/3-5 resena nasledovne: Prijel pan technik Cerny, ktery urcil jako vadny dil ventilator na odvodu spalin, ktery podle jeho slov daval mensi vykon. Ventilator v ramci opravy kotle vymenil, zaroven provedl rocni kontrolu s cistenim horaku a zapalovaci elektrody. Tah v kominu ani zadne tlaky nemeril. Proste jen soucast vymenil. Jak jsem pozdeji zjistil pri vlastni kontrole kotle, prenastavil kotel v servisnim menu na max vykon 12kW (puvodne 24kW) a dale vyndal prepazku pod spalovacim prostorem, takze kotel zacal brat vzduch z technicke mistnosti, nikoliv z vnejsi trubky dvouplastoveho komina, pricemz plamen se spatnym virenim vzduchu ve spalovaci komore trepotal. Tim si zcela prasacky usnadnil reseni problemu, aby oprava byla sichr. Tedy bylo mi jasne, ze vymenil funkcni ventilator za novy funkcni ventilator, stahnul me o penize a nic nevyresil. Na reklamaci opravy prisel s manostatem - tlakovym senzorem, ze je to dalsi moznost zavady a ze ho vymeni. Nevedel, co znamenaji hodnoty spinaci a rozpinaciho tlaku natistene na manostatu, nezkontroloval, prinesl neco jineho, nez bylo v kotli. Vysvetlil jsem mu, ze uz jsem vymenu preventivne udelal za senzor se stejnymi tlak sepnuto / rozepnuto a nepomohlo vyresit zavadu. Plechovy komin rozebral a vycistil vlastnima rukama. Zavada opravena - byl pricpany v kolene nad kotlem. Stalo me to 2 mesice casu, studium servisnich manualu Vaillant, prirucek pro instalaci komina a nekolik veceru ctenim diskusi na forech. Tato firma nevyresila vubec nic. Nikdy vice. Jako bonus mam doma dva funkcni vetraky.

The fan within the boiler repair was replaced, at the same time it performed an annual inspection with cleaning of the burner and the ignition electrode. The draft in the chimney did not measure any pressures. He just replaced the part. As I later found out during my own inspection of the boiler, I reset the boiler in the service menu to a maximum output of 12kW (originally 24kW) and then removed the partition under the combustion chamber, so the boiler started to take air from the technical room, not from the outer pipe of the two-plastic chimney. the vortex of the air in the combustion chamber fluttered. This made it very easy for the pigs to solve the problem, so that the repair was safe. This intervention on the boiler was in conflict with the presented cause of the fault (fan - replacement) and in conflict with the performed installation of the boiler. None of this consulted me or pointed me out. I restored everything to its original condition and operated the boiler with a new fan. Gradually, however, I came to the conclusion that the boiler behaves exactly the same as with the old fan - occasional failure F.33 with a higher load on the boiler - such as water heating. So it was clear to me that he replaced the functional fan with a new functional fan, withdrew me for money and did not solve anything. He came up with a complaint about the repair with a manostat - a pressure sensor, that this is another possibility of a fault and that it will be replaced. He did not know what the values ​​of switching and expansion pressure printed on the manostat meant, he did not check, he brought something different than it was in the boiler. I explained to him that I had already prevented the replacement with a sensor with the same on / off pressure and did not help to solve the fault. On the note that he replaced my functional fan with another one, I heard a mistake about a bad fan, which he still had to replace. The last option is to check the chimney, we agreed to ask the person he is working with if he will come and let me know. NOTHING. Silence. I gave it up with them. He dismantled the sheet metal chimney and cleaned it with his own hands. Defect corrected - was attached to the knee above the boiler. It took me 2 months to study Vaillant service manuals, chimney installation manuals, and a few evenings by reading the forums. This company did not solve anything at all. Never more. As a bonus, I have two functional fans at home.
