★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro mě obchůdek s duší, spousta vůně a velký výběr čajů. Paní je příjemná. Jsem jen zvědavá, zda bude obchod nadále na Masaryčce i po rekonstrukci vnitřních prostor a jakém stylu případně. Takto ve starém má svou atmosféru.
For me shop with a soul, lots of flavor and a great selection of teas. The lady is pleasant. I am just curious whether the store will continue in Masaryk after the reconstruction of the interior and what style, if any. Thus, in the old has its atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašně to tam trvá. V pátek jsem si tam byl pro čaj. Předemnou byla jedna paní, co si vybírala nějaké čaje. Byla to záležitost na 20 min. a pak jsem to vzdal. To pomalé vážení, pytlíčkování, polepování a rovnání samolepek je hrozné. Jestli by nestálo za to současnou obsluhu vyhodit a nahradit někým rychlejším. Když člověk pospíchá na vlak tak se to nedá. Objednávka předem a vyzvednutí je naprosto nesmyslně +49Kč navíc, opět nechápu. Kvalita čajů jinak ucházející i když ve Školské je to o něco lepší ale hlavně podstatně rychlejší .
It takes so much. I was there for tea on Friday. A lady who picked some teas was ahead. It was a matter of 20 min. and then I gave up. The slow weighing, bagging, sticking and straightening of the stickers is terrible. If it is not worth throwing the current operator and replace someone faster. When a man rushes to the train it is impossible. Order in advance and pickup is absolutely nonsensical + 49Kč extra, I do not understand again. The quality of teas otherwise passable, although in Školská it is a bit better but mainly considerably faster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchůdek je pěkný, mám to tady rád. Bohužel, v době záskoku jedné z nejmilejších prodavaček v Praze, jsem narazil na velmi nepříjemnou kolegyni, které to tedy vůbec nepálí. Pakliže dorazí zákazník, byť s nestandardním požadavkem namletí kávy, za které ale chce zaplatit nebo něco kupit.. tak přeci řeknu "Samozřejmě, ta minuta pro mě není problém, vezmete si za to balení čaje?". Paní řekne, že to dělá a po chvíli jí dojde, co vlastně řekla a hned hází zpátečku a dělá z lidí idioty. Objednávejte raději jinde, možností v okolí je nespočet.

You should book somewhere else, there are countless possibilities in the area.
