★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V 5 rano jsem objednal bez problemu auto na 7,30, bylo zde 5 min pred :) pohodova jizda i pokec, skoda ze nefunguje web, a kdyz uz jsem nasel na strankach ze mate aplikaci tak ji to nenaslo, a ani nejde najit neexistuje...
At 5 in the morning I ordered the car at 7.30 without any problems, it was here 5 minutes ago :) cool ride and talk, it's a pity that the web doesn't work, and when I found it on the site that you have an application it didn't find it, and it can't even be found ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was using this taxi service for a while. Wasn't any problems till today. Today I've ordered a taxi to get my fiancee to hospital's rehab centre (she has broken her leg couple month ago), and myself with my dog to the vet (that is located near the hospital). Car arrived on time, driver said "no dogs", despite me telling them that I have a dog. Ok, well, stuff happens, fast-forward, I order taxi back, from same service. I tell the lady that I have a dog, give her the details to avoid problems, that it is medium breed (australian shepard) puppy of 9 month, and that I'll require taxi to get both my fiancee myself, and the dog. from local hospital to our house. Few minutes later, another driver arrives and tells us that she doesn't want the dog inside either. This time this driver did drive us with the dog earlier, and she did in fact know that this were we, because she greeted us and apologised that she doesn't want the dog inside. This is unacceptable for the taxi service if you ask me, especially given that I told the reception lady several times that I have a dog and she agreed to that.
Furthermore, the cars themselves are a bit of a problem in the summer (have used them through winter only, so never seen that minus before) - the windows on the back seats can't be opened, and it is very stuffy inside.
Prior to today, I'd give this taxi service 4/5, but this situation is completely unacceptable.
