★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neschopni a arogantni technici. Cekam 4 hodiny a nikdo neprijde a ted jeste s deseti vykricnikama vyhrozuji, ze nahradni termin je posledni zdarma! A zase s 3 hodinovym casovym prostorem! Co si o sobe mysli, ze clovek nema na praci nic jineho nez sedet doma a neustale na ne cekat?! Ja jsem byla doma a fakt, ze neprisli, je jejich stupidita, ze si nedokazi zkontrolovat, jake pristroje maji menit. Priserny pristup!!!
Absolutely incompetent and arrogant technicians. I wait 4 hours and no one comes and now, with ten exclamation marks, I threaten that the replacement deadline is the last one for free! And again with a 3 hour time space! What do you think about a person who has nothing to do but sit at home and constantly wait for them ?! I was at home and the fact that they didn't come is their stupidity that they can't check which devices to change. Prize approach !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak už níže dole jiní uvedli - ochotou zrovna neoplývají - zhotovit vyúčtování jim trvá, letos čekáme již od 4.2.2022 kdy jim byly poslány podklady a stále ještě 22.2. nic. To si jiná zpracovatelská firma nedovolí , u ostatních mají nejdéle do 10 -12 dnů. Co na to říct, jediná obrana je ukončit spolupráci a zřejmě nebudeme první. Od nás spojenost žádná, avšak bez označení minimálně jedné hvězdičky, by se recenze nedala zveřejnit, tak ji nechtěně musíme dát, ale rozhodně si ji nezaslouží. !!!
As others have stated below - they do not have the willingness to do so - it takes them to make a statement, this year we have been waiting since 4.2.2022 when the documents were sent to them and still 22.2. nothing. Another processing company will not allow it, others have within 10 -12 days at the latest. What can be said, the only defense is to end the cooperation and we will probably not be the first. No connection from us, but without at least one star, the review could not be published, so we inadvertently have to give it, but it definitely does not deserve it. !!!
