NEDOPORUCUJI! Napřed vám 4 krát něco naslibuje, jak to má již objednané a bude to zítra a ani po 14 dnech to však stále ještě není. Ze oprava bude blbost do par stovek a po 6 týdnech slibování vám řekne, že oprava by byla dražsí než celý výrobek za 12 tisíc. Neschopnost vyridit reklamaci skoncila na COI. Nikdy vice! RE: vas komentar: Jako syn, zde popisuji pouze zkusenost s reklamaci meho otce, ktery internet nema, takze recenzi napsat nemuze. Myslim, ze to neni misto k propirani spinaveho pradla, ale musim reagovat na vas komentar. Jak pisete elektronika nebyla skladem.. Vy musite dle zakona vyridit reklamaci do 30 dnu. Pokud neni dil k oprave skladem, musite napriklad vratil penize. To by jsme taky na ukonceni reklamace mohli cekat az nam odrostou deti, pro ktere jsme auticko kupovali. Reklamovano 9.5.2020 a dnes 18.9.2020, tedy po 4,5 mesicich, se zde na recenzi dozvidam, ze pokud chceme, muzete namontovat vadny dil a auticko si muzeme odvest. Proc jste nas o tom neinformoval drive? Mohl jste napriklad nejak reagovat na dopis, ktery jsme vam poslali 6.7.2020, nebo poslat sms. Bohuzel po zkusenosti mluvit s vami po telefonu, kdy clovek pote nema nic v ruce a vy tvrdite veci, ktere se nestaly, jako ze jste nam predal reklamacni protokol a vyjadreni, ktere do dnes nemame, je nejlepsi komunikovat spolu uz jen elektronicky ci pisemne. Otec zajem vyridit vec mel. Aby se cela vec konecne uz uzavrela, souhlasil dokonce i s tim, ze zaplati 2 tisice za opravu (veci, ktera se pri prvnim pouzi pokazila). Ale kdyz ani po 6 tydnem cekani na slibovanou opravu, auticko opravene neni, a jeste narknete otce s tim, ze elektroniku auticka poskodil on sam a ze do ni zasahoval (proc by to prosim vas delal? Navic jsme byli u toho, kdyz se auto pokazilo samo od sebe pri normalni jizde, takze vim, ze to neni pravda) tak cloveku nezbyva nic jineho nez se obratit na prislusne instance (ktera u vas pri šetřeni reklamace pochybeni nasla).
