Na počátku obrovská snaha, po podání ruky a odsouhlasení nabídky zálohová faktura na 100% ceny a od té doby žádná komunikace. Po téměř 2 měsících urgencí, v termínu, kdy měla být zakázka hotova, firma sděluje, že zakázku realizovat nebude. Absolutely frivolous company and the actions of their representatives! In the beginning a huge effort, after shaking hands and agreeing to the offer advance invoice for 100% of the price and since then no communication. After almost 2 months of urgency, in the period when the order should have been completed, the company announces that it will not implement the order.

Vrata nefungují, reklamace nechtějí pravděpodobně vůbec řešit (konkrétně p. Mlenek). Nebere telefony a nereaguje na maily. Jsem velice z této firmy zklamaná. Vrata otevíráme již 2 měsíce ručně. Absolutely terrible approach of the management and complete professional ignorance of their service workers, fooling customers with bad information regarding the repair of the door operator, which I requested in 6/2021 and at the end of 8/2021 nothing is done yet. The gates don't work, they probably don't want to deal with complaints at all (specifically Mr. Mlenek). It does not answer phones and does not respond to emails. I am very disappointed with this company. We have been opening the door manually for 2 months.
