x	x1x on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel tuto firmu absolutně nedoporučuji. CO se týče hrubé stavby (dřevostavba), ta je v pořádku. COkoliv dalsího je jeden velký průser. Fasaáda hrbolatá, nedodělaná. Penetrace zničila okenní rámy, které doposud (i po kontaktování ČOI) nebyly opraveny. Podlaha je na několika místech spatně udělaná. Trubka pod vanou praskla 1 den po předání RD, trvalo dlouho než to vuůbec opravili, a ještě ke všemu to nefunguje na 100%. CO se týče detailů - silikon u umyvadla (to opravdu i dítě udělalo lépe a ještě ke všemu zezelenal po 3 měsících užívání), spáry jsou jeden velký průšvih a když jsme to ukázali panu Kučerovi, jen pokrčil rameny a řekl, ať se na to nekoukáme detailně. Opravdu nedoporučujeme, ať nenaběhnou i ostatní jako my.... Unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend this company. As for the rough construction (wooden construction), it is fine. Whatever else is one big mess. Facade bumpy, unfinished. The penetration destroyed the window frames, which have not yet been repaired (even after contacting the CTIA). The floor is badly made in several places. The pipe under the tub burst 1 day after the house was handed over, it took a long time to fix it at all, and it still doesn't work 100%. As for the details - the silicone at the sink (the child really did it better and it turned green after 3 months of use), the joints are one big mess and when we showed it to Mr. Kučer, he just shrugged and said we shouldn't look at it in detail. We really don't recommend that others like us run in ....

Vstřícnost k přáním investora a případné technické poradenství v oblasti stavitelství je nadstandardní a rozhodně tento přístup není v dnešní uspěchané době samozřejmostí. Fakturace po dokončení jednotlivých etap stavby umožňují snadné čerpání hypotečního úvěru. Nedostatky, které se v průběhu tak velkého projektu vždy vyskytnou, byly odstraněny k naší spojenosti. Dům splňuje naše představy a byl postaven v dohodnutém termínu. Stavební firmu TEKTON CZ doporučuji a celému týmu děkuji za dům, který je ozdobou naší ulice. Investing in the investor's wishes and possible engineering consultancy in the field of construction is above-standard and certainly this approach is not a matter of course in today's hurried times. Billing after the completion of each stage of the construction allows easy drawing of the mortgage loan. The shortcomings that have always occurred during such a large project have been removed from our relationship. The house meets our ideas and was built at the agreed date. I recommend the construction company TEKTON CZ and thank the whole team for the house that is the adornment of our street.

I kdyz uz se nikdy reklamace neuskutecni a finance nevrati, radeji se s touhle firmou uz nikdy nevidet. Please, TEKTON never again. We do not recommend anyone who would like contact or info about the company. We are glad to have everything behind us. Even if the complaint is never made and the funds are not returned, it is better to never see this company again.

Podlaháři, sádrokartonáři, fasádníci, pokrývači, instalatér, jeden amatér vedle druhého. Na reklamace nikdo nereaguje. Od této firmy opravdu tak leda hrubou stavbu, nic víc! As it is already written here, everything is fine in the rough construction. All finishes from the facade to the interiors one big hole. Floorers, plasterers, facades, roofers, plumbers, one amateur next to another. No one responds to complaints. It's really just a rough construction from this company, nothing more!
