★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ujde to proto, jelikož pod označením opravna domácích spotřebičů si představuji to, že opraví většinu značek a ne jen cca 3-4 a dokonce neopraví každý spotřebič. Tím nemyslím , jakoukoliv závadu, ale druh spotřebiče.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrátila jsem se na autorizovaný servis De'Longhi, který si na své náklady vyzvedne kávovar a doručí do TELUX servisu. Pozor! 12.1. jsem předala kávovar kurýrovi a za dva dny byl u mě opravený. Kamínek v kávě automaticky ,,kousnul,, mlýnek. Od založení reklamace po její vyřízení, jsem měla přehled o každém úkonu. Děkuji firmě TELUX servis za rychlost a profesionalitu a taktéž i můj kávovar : )
P.S. požádala jsem i o celkovou kontrolu přístroje, ale pozdě - pánové mě předběhli : )
I turned to an authorized De'Longhi service center, who will pick up the coffee machine at his own expense and deliver it to the TELUX service. Attention! 12.1. I handed the coffee machine over to a courier and it was repaired at my place in two days. The stone in the coffee automatically "bit" the grinder. From the establishment of the complaint to its settlement, I had an overview of each action. Thank you to TELUX servis for speed and professionalism and also my coffee machine:)
P.S. I also asked for a complete inspection of the device, but late - the gentlemen overtook me:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vezl jsem sem kávovar na záruční opravu. Naprostá spokojenost. Mají zde k prodeji celou řadu náhradních dílů, různé filtry, zrnkovou kávu a i vám udělají kávu na ochutnání.
