Tuhle recenzi píši hlavně pro hasiče, kteří přemýšlí o využití nabízených služeb.
Naprosto nedoporučuji tuhle firmu. Jejich jednání, konkrétně jednání paní Švadlenkové, mně osobně velice zklamalo, naopak je dobře že jsem si obrázek o firmě TELwork, s.r.o. mohl udělat ještě před tím, než jsme jejich služby začali využívat. Několikrát jsem s paní Švadlenkovou telefonicky hovořil, nechal jsem si popsat jejich nabízený systém a jeho fungování, hovořil jsem i s jejím kolegou, který se o tyhle záležitosti stará asi po technické stránce. Byl jsem naprosto přesvědčený, že tenhle systém je to co potřebujeme a že dle informací jsou schopni vyhovět naším požadavkům. Došlo tedy na domluvení termínu, kdy měla paní Švadlenková dojet a společně s jejím kolegou nám systém představit. Ještě večer v den před domluveným termínem jsem si ověřoval, zda s následujícím dnem počítají. Odpověď paní Švadlenkové byla taková, že v případě, že se nic vážného nestane tak určitě přijedou. A právě tady to všechno začalo, začal jsem mít divné podezření, že je něco špatně. Následující ráno to přišlo, přesně dle mého očekávání. SMS od paní Švadlenkové že z důvodu onemocnění jednatele nemůžou přijet a všechny rozjednané záležitosti musí do konce roku odložit. Po téhle zkušenosti jsem neměl chuť odepisovat. Velice mně mrzí, že někdo, kdo vypadal tak důvěryhodně na poslední chvíli takhle otočil. Takže pro všechny hasiče, kteří chtějí systém od téhle firmy tak Vás prosím, tady opravdu ne.

I totally don't recommend this business. Their behavior, specifically Mrs. Švadlenková, personally disappointed me, on the contrary, it is good that I have a picture of the company TELwork, s.r.o. he could have done before we started using their services. I spoke to Mrs Švadlenková several times, had a description of their offered system and its functioning, and I also talked with her colleague, who takes care of these matters in technical terms. I was absolutely convinced that this system is what we need, and that according to the information they are able to meet our requirements. There has therefore been appointed to the time when she and Mrs. Švadlenková ride along with her colleague, we introduce the system. Even in the evening before the agreed date, I checked whether they count on the following day. Mrs. Švadlenková response was such that in the event that nothing serious happens we will definitely come. And here it all began, I began to have a strange suspicion that something was wrong. The next morning it came, just as I expected. SMS from Mrs Švadlenková that because the disease agent can not come and all rozjednané matters must postpone the end of the year. After this experience, I didn't want to write off. I am very sorry that someone who looked so credibly at the last minute like that around. So for all firefighters who want a system from this company, please don't really be here.
