Po velmi příjemném pohovoru a také absolvovaném 2. kole výběrového řízení jsem se stala administrativní podporou týmu konzultantek. Holky jsou velmi příjemné, lepší vyběrové řízení jsem ještě nezažila. Zkrátka příjemná změna od všech ostatních pohovorů a firem, kterými jsem v minulosti prošla. Nyní mě práce fakt baví a můžu tak nahlédnout do práce HR.

Líbilo se mi tam, jak na výběrovém řízení, tak i v práci. nevím proč někdo píše škaredé komentáře, když vlasně ani nic nevytýkají. Já jsem tam byla absolutně spokojená.

První i druhé kolo výběrka bylo moc příjemné, HR konzultantky jsou profesionální. Nyní čekám na finální rozhodnutí, nicméně zážitek super, jedno z nejlepších pohovorů, co jsem kdy absolvoval. Děkuji.

Firma s dlouholetou tradicí v oboru vzdělávání a personálních služeb. Ke klientům se vždy chová férově a snaží se dodat nejlepší službu. Práce pro firmu je mnohdy náročná, ale velmi dobře ohodnocená. Pracovní náplň je velmi dynamická - nemusíte mít obavu, že zakrníte 5 let na jedné pozici a jednom úkolu. Tedy velmi vhodné pro ty, kteří se chtějí rozvíjet, zdokonalovat, učit se a jít kupředu. Určitě to není pro někoho. kdo hledá zašívárnu na 8 hodin.

HORRIBLE, I was on Erasmus 3 months in this company, and I am suggesting to everybody to NOT GO HERE. Why?? The manager who is in our Learning agreement paper was never the manager, she just signed the papers. Most of the time I didn't do nothing. I came to learn something, but I didn't learn anything. I was driving most of the times, and they are not giving you any insurance for you. btw. the cars are broken, damaged and etc. We were asked to drive to Paris and Rome and Germany from Ostrava, with the van, without insurance, without food and without accommodation. Ofcourse I never accepted it. Once, I refused to drive to Poland and they CUT ME THE SALARY. btw. 8 hours you need to stay there from Monday to Friday and you get your salary in czech k. not in euros... and is so little for the hours you spent there, plus the holidays are cutted for interns, and for employers not. After I asked the boss why is the reason they cut my salary for that task..he didnt want to speak to me, he is AWFUL. I never met somebody so COLD and MEAN. I was accused that I watch facebook during the work or play games, but I even don't have facebook. haha!! They just want money and they dont care for a politeness, for anything nice...Most of the time I felt bad and sad. Btw. the LA contract says you gonna do this, this and this. But every week for 3 months I had the same tasks!!! ..So bad organized, so mean and cold people there... I was waitting my salary to post this, because I was scared that I will not get it. The company is Ascari what we come to do internship, but in real, the company is called Tempo....and inside that company there is few more...and you do task for them, not just for Ascari, so I also don't know what are they doing. Some of people even don't want to speak in english. I had the manager once who doesn't speak english good...so imagine that....Really, day by day I get dissapointed more and more.  I had extra hours, they don't pay it. Everytime I drove far, I needed to buy myself something to eat because I would starve. Ofcourse if you take the day off, they will took you of the salary (the one day is less then 20 euro). Everytime I spoke on the mail with the manager responsible for us, I will not name it but she knows, and I hope she reads this...she never said hello or answer properly, to me..because ofcourse I fight for my rights and things I deserve, and that's the worse, so they'll hate me. Even sometimes, they deny their own words and lie to your eyes. Also, nobody in the first interview told me I need to be dressed for a business, means nice pants, suit,...no jeans and etc. As I didnt have so many ot that clothes, everytime I dressed jeans, if she (manager) see me she would say to me that I can be cutted for salary, because Im in jeans !!! ...sorry, but I can't wear my dirty clothes ?! Interns need to leave the post, which is like 5 minutes of walking, so to give us some extra task they gave us that one also. Including packing the salaries into letter, picking up business clothes for employers, ..some interns told me they cutted the grass or dig tunnels???!?!?! Dear God, thanks I didnt do it. Also, I was packaging Christmas presents for Renturi company and cutting the paper into paper mashine. Haha,, there is so many things that I can not even remember. Once, they gave me the task to go to post, with letter without recipient written....and they were convincing me, the people from 40 years and more, that you can send the post without recipient.....! Ofcourse I went and the post girl return me back to office, so I was like little stupid girl, but actually people in 21st century don't know how to send the post ?????? oooo...I remembered, also, we had like free coffee, including milk. Once I used milk for muesli, and ofcourse I recieved: ''the milk is not for a muesli, please dont use it like that.'' this company is on the blacklist of Erasmus intership in several countries, and from now on, it's also on blacklist of my university.
