★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslední dva roky v mém pracovním i osobním životě, byly naplněné nečekanými zvraty a tragickými událostmi. I přes ohromné fyzické a duševní nasazení se věci nedařily, jak bych si přál a přemíra dlouhodobého stresu, trápení a vyčerpání vedla k nepříjemným pocitům a frustracím. Celý dospělý život kráčím cestou změny, vědomě na sobě pracuji, ale teď už jsem se nedokázal pohnout z místa, byl jsem doslova v pasti.
Díky laskavému přijetí Šárky Handlové a její upřímné snaze pochopit co se v mém životě děje a pomoci se situací pohnout, jsem znovu našel stabilitu, sebedůvěru a směr, jakým se vydat. Už jen možnost věnovat se hodinu sám sobě s pomocí profesionálního vedení, mi byla obrovskou pomocí a podporou.
Z celého srdce děkuji Šárce za pomoc a vřele doporučuji každému v nesnázích, nemusíte na to být sami. Zde budete v dobrých rukou a příjemném prostředí.
The last two years in my work and personal life have been filled with unexpected twists and tragic events. Despite the tremendous physical and mental commitment, things did not go as I wished, and the excess of long-term stress, suffering and exhaustion led to unpleasant feelings and frustrations. All my adult life I have been on the path of change, I am consciously working on myself, but now I could not move, I was literally trapped.
Thanks to the kind reception of Šárka Handlová and her sincere efforts to understand what is happening in my life and to help move the situation, I have found stability, self-confidence and the direction to go. Just being able to spend an hour alone with the help of professional management was a huge help and support.
I thank Šárka from the bottom of my heart for her help and I highly recommend it to anyone in trouble, you don't have to be alone. Here you will be in good hands and a pleasant environment.
