Very bad experience. There were small glasses for the terrarium. When I announced this, I was promised new glasses, which we waited for two weeks, and then Mr. didn't even have the courage to pick up the phone and, in a good way, send me to the dill. Definitely not recommended!

So will I add a review. I have 2 terrariums from this company, which I have personally been to and I have nothing to complain about. Glass terrarium without any problems (sometimes you can see silicone somewhere, but when you are looking for it) and a second terrarium made of laminate absolutely top! + willingness of the master, communication, I evaluate everything as positively as possible. We ordered a terrarium of 140 x 80 cm from laminate from this company. The carpentry workmanship is good, but ... We asked for a glass tub inside, preparation for the electrical installation on the left at the exact distance and passage to the heating pad cable. Instead of a glass tub, we received only a sheet of glass on the bottom of the terracotta which was un siliconized, the terrarium stands also un siliconized. There is dirt inside the glass plate, there were small shards of glass on the plate. Preparation for the electrical installation is on the right and at other intervals, the passage to the cable from the heating pad is completely missing. The door is made of very fragile glass to which the lock cannot be attached without it starting to pinch and there is no attachment made to it. In addition, I would expect them to be precisely sanded so that the animal cannot be injured, but they are more chipped than sanded. The cross-section for the front ventilation from the inside is completely untreated, so there was a risk that the occupant would seize the splinter in the nose at best, into the eye at worst. And mmj, the mesh in the ventilation was split and bent inwards. Overall, I am dissatisfied with this company, because they read only the size and color of the terrarium in the order. The glazing is absolutely appalling. They are not careful at all and the whole terrarium gives me the impression that this company is about quantity and not quality.

I do not recommend this company. I bought a terrarium 120x50x50 and paid 4490 CZK. Which is really not a small amount. Roughly 31.7. I made an order and 8.8. the order has arrived. 27.8. I unpacked the terrarium and the sliding door almost fell on me. I found that the terrarium was very badly glued together and peeled off in a less accessible place. After I contacted the seller on the same day, no one answered my email. I had to call 2.9. and I received an offer, either a refund of 500 CZK to send the glue. I chose a refund of CZK 500 and I had to send the account number, which I did immediately. I didn't pay attention to it and expected the company to try to correct the mistake as soon as possible. 20.9. I have found out that there is still no money in the account and decided to write an sms where I explained the situation and reminded them in case they forgot about me. 24.9. I called because I still have no response to both email and text messages. The Lord obviously didn't care enough, but he promised to send the money and send the account number again. After further warnings, it came to a state where the master turned off my call. On October 12, I finally have money in my account.

In September 2020, I ordered a terrarium of 100x40x40 cm from this company. After my terrarium was delivered to me, I found out that I didn't have any cables with a sleeve in it, which were supposed to be a part of it ... they send (of course nothing arrived). However, the last straw is that today, after about 3 months of using the terrarium, my running bar peeled off and my door fell out of the terrarium and broke. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED !!

I have a terrarium from them and I must say that the processing is quite poor. I also saw a workshop where terrariums are made and I must say that it is really a force. I do not recommend !!!!

Terrible attitude and behavior, I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We were delivered other than we had ordered, and do not intend to deal with it for the terarko, we paid 3890 CZK, so a considerable amount and the master is arrogant and I was told that I solve a stupid terarco that they have more expensive, so such behavior never again!
