★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neproklientsky pristup. Starsi cerpadla odmitaji servisovat a vnucuji zakaznikovi nove s hlaskou "stejne vam nic jineho nezbyva, jelikoz dimplex delame jenom my.."
Very non-client approach. Older pumps refuse to service and force a new one on the customer with the voice "you still have nothing else left, because only we do the dimplex .."
