Unfortunately, we have a very negative experience with Mr. Jungvirt's company. On Monday 15.5.2017 shortly before 10 am I agreed to hand over our dishwasher for repair the same week, on Friday 19.5. after eight o'clock in the company headquarters. Mr. Jungvirt Friday but after our arrival at the agreed time was not on the premises, he was closed. When after contacting the mobile. phone finally arrived, he was annoyed and said that he does not remember anything and on any Monday's agreement does not. At that time, we have him for a long time and waited a year-old son with a dish lined sidewalk. When the husband said (not badly) that it was better to record the term, Mr. Jungvirt was very arrogant and began to swear that we should not instruct him what to do. Suddenly, he suddenly turned and told us he wouldn't repair any dishwasher, so we could take it and go back to his van. We were completely shocked by his incomprehensible and inadequate behavior. We have a similar situation (truth) never experienced before - when I called after the departing delivery, yet I managed to say: "You know, everything's a first time ..." We would like to warn other so well consider whether this business address in case needs. On their website is listed among the pros seriousness, our experience, however, it is quite the opposite. Now, with our dishwasher, everything is on the right track, we found another friendly service and the same day we handed over the dishwasher for repair ... We wish everyone a happy hand in choosing a really serious service company!

Be very careful of this expert. In the last year he was in my apartment 3 times at the tenant's. He learned 3 times the repair of the boiler (no one knows what he did, no warranty card, no description of the repair), which did not maintain pressure. This cost me a total of 3800 CZK and the problem is still unresolved. I had to call Mr. Cerny from Chotebore, who did not charge anything for the initial arrival and finding out about the defect. (Expert Jungvirt would like a minimum of 500 CZK for transport and it has a path of only about 2 km along Brod to the apartment). I witnessed the removal of how the Jungvirt expert repaired the boiler: he put a plastic bowl under the boiler so that the customer thought he had fixed something and the water was no longer leaking, he did not replace the rear valve !!! The second time Mr. Cerny arrived, inflated the expansion, cleaned the fuse, replaced the totally rusted vent valve and the world is amazed .... for all this: 2 visits, valve, transport, he said with a document of only 886 CZK!

I am very dissatisfied with the repair of the gas boiler by Mr Jungvirt. The work consisted of routine maintenance: cleaning the chamber, burner, draining the water, pressurizing + connecting the stove. For the "repair" he charged less than 1900, -. The next day, the boiler did not switch on again and reported the same fault. When I wanted to complain about the work, he was very arrogant and claimed that another costly repair was needed. He is frivolous, arrogant and unreliable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
