Doporučený montážní partner neprovedl práci, jak bylo domluveno a na žádný způsob komunikace nereaguje a nereaguje ani na zaslanou reklamaci. Společnost na stížnost na tohoto montážního partnera také nereaguje.
 The material supplied by the company appears to be of high quality, however, due to the approach of certified assembly partners, I do not recommend the company. The recommended installation partner did not carry out the work as agreed and does not react to any method of communication, nor does it react to the sent complaint. The company also does not respond to a complaint against this installation partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Společnost dodala jiný odstín WPC desek,část dodala v barvě eben , část v barvě šedý kámen. Jiný odstín byl zjištěn až po namontování desek. Reklamace bez výsledku, jen vyhýbavá e:mailová komunikace , odpověď po 10 dnech a znovu bez výsledku.
Standardně by slušná spolecnost desky vyměnila, a uznala svoji chybu. A ne chybu házet na druhé.Kdo ma kontrolovat při montáži odstín desek? To bylo patrné az po montáži, kdy desky byly vedle sebe.
The company supplied a different shade of WPC boards, part supplied in ebony, part in gray stone. A different shade was found only after the boards were mounted. Complaint without result, only avoiding e-mail communication, response after 10 days and again without result.
By default, a decent company would replace the boards, and admit their mistake. And not a mistake to throw on the other. Who should check me when assembling the shade of the boards? This was evident only after the assembly, when the boards were next to each other.
