Vznikla počátkem 20.století,kdy se němečtí evangelici rozhodli postavit vlastní modlitebnu a vybrali při ni vyvýšeninu dnešního Tesařová. Základní kámen byl položen roku 1909 a téhož roku byla stavba dokončena. Kaple he majetkem Jednoty bratrské. Z daleka je vidět díky belostne omitce a v noci bývá nasvícena reflektory. In the center of Kořenov there is a visible symbol of the village, an octagonal carpenter's chapel. It was established at the beginning of the 20th century, when German evangelicals decided to build their own prayer house and chose the ridge of today's Carpenter. The foundation stone was laid in 1909 and the construction was completed in the same year. The chapel is the property of the Unity of Brethren. It can be seen from afar thanks to the white plaster and is illuminated by spotlights at night.
