He didn't speak much English and we don't speak much Czech, we where trying to ask for something behind the till and he just kept muttering and swearing at us under his breath because he didn't understand. We know tourists can be pretty frustrating but this made us feel so uncomfortable it was horrible just standing there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very small and compact, but it has most of what you need including fresh meat and vegetables. If you try to use the tesco app "scan and shop" you most likely will face difficulties. There wasn't a single time (out of many) that when the app requested a shop personnel authorization ( due to alcohol or just a random check) that went smoothly. Every time the cashier doesn't understand what you ask for, when he finally does he calls the manager who takes his time arriving, he in turn needs to realize what to do and goes to get his scanner device, the device is NEVER charged so you need to wait for him to get a cable and wait for it to load, only then can you checkout. By that time you could have gone through the regular check out a few times over, so their app losses it's meaning.
