 We had a reservation for 12 and 12:30. It turns out that they have a half-hour pause during these hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delal jsem tam testy už několikrát. Obvyklé se čeká kolem 20 minut, protože rezervace se dělá pro 3-4 lidi na stejný čas. Dnes ale jsem měl rezervace na 15:45. Byl jsem tam v 15:46. Všechno bylo uzavřeno, slečna odcházela. Když jsem řekl, že mám rezervace, mi vysvětlila, že už není 15:45, a že už mají zavřeno. Samozřejmě měla pravdu, takže jsem se podíval ještě jednou na hodinky a odjel. Udělal jsem test jinde bez objednání. Takže choďte včas. Radši počkat si 30min než zůstat bez testu. Já příště půjdu jinam. Nechci riskovat.
I've done tests there several times. Usually it waits around 20 minutes because the booking is made for 3-4 people at the same time. But today I had a reservation for 15:45. I was there at 3:46 p.m. Everything was closed, the young lady was leaving. When I said I had a reservation, she explained that it was no longer 15:45 and that they were closed. Of course she was right, so I looked at my watch again and left. I did the test elsewhere without ordering. So go on time. You'd better wait 30 minutes than stay without a test. I'll go elsewhere next time. I don't want to take any chances.
