★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragický servis e-shopu. Neochotná podpora. Zásielka ležela mnoho dní na pobočke, pani predavačky nemali ako vedieť, že ja o tom neviem. Po 2 telefonátoch na linku sa pani unúvala skontrolovať, či nedošlo k chybe. Balík mal dieru, niečo z neho vytieklo. Musela som ho celý dať poslať naspäť. Absurdný zážitok. 2 hviezdičky len kvôli tomu, že na pobočke sú veľmi milé pani predavačky, ktoré sa snažili pomôcť, ale žiaľ samé ani nevedeli, čo s tým, a už sa bohužiaľ nedovolali na podporu.
Tragic e-shop service. Reluctant support. The shipment lay at the branch for many days, the saleswomen had no way of knowing that I didn't know about it. After 2 phone calls to the line, the lady was tired to check if there was an error. The package had a hole, something was leaking from it. I had to have him sent back. An absurd experience. 2 stars just because there are very nice saleswomen at the branch who tried to help, but unfortunately they didn't even know what to do with it, and unfortunately they didn't call for support anymore.
