Dnes hrůza prodavačka Dana nepříjemná neměla jsem menší než 2000 tisíce nákup stál 402kc dala jsem 2005 paní nasraná hodila na půl peníze i účet ani naschle jsme se nedočkali

To uz je po druhe, co jsem zazila nesmirne drze chovani prodavacek. Nebudu mluvit o prvni zkusenosti, ta je malickost oproti tomu, co jsem zazila vcera! Prisla jsem vymenit produkt za jiny, sla jsem do regalu vybrala, to co jsem potrebovala. Prinesla k prodavacce s uctenkou a vysvetlila, ze chci produkt vymenit. Na co pani na me zacala zvysnym hlasem jecet, ze jsem se mela ozvat u dveri, ze chci neco vubec menit aniz bych vubec vstoupila dovnitr, ze jsem to jakoby mohla “ukradnout”. Kde je to snad napsane?! A kde se to dela v dnesni dobe?! Vyptavala se me jestli jsem ten produkt prinesla s sebou ci co. ..a jak jinak jsem to mela prinest proboha?! Kdyz uz jsem vysvetlila, ze nic jsem nekradla a vysvetlila po nelolikate ze chci vymenit. (A vubec maji tam kamery.) Pak prisla dalsi prodavacka a spolu na me zacali zvysenym hlasem hlasit, ze nic jakoby nevymenujou a ikdyby jo tak mam pry prinest dalsi koupene polozky z uctenky abych si to mohla vymenit a vubec pry ze na Tom mam pouzitou slevovou kartu a to uz je uplne nemozna vec pro ne. I podle zakona kupujici ma pravo vratit ci vymenit v urcite lhute. A kdyz rikam, ze to neni muj problem, ze ten system to neumi a nebo spise, ze to snad neumeji sami , ale nejak to maji proste vyresit - nekomu napsat ci zavolat. Tak na to mi zacali jecet, ze nikomu nic psat nebudou a ze je to muj problem, ze chci neco vubec vymenit a proc vubec chci menit a ze to neni jejich problem. To je proste absurd! Tohle ma byt zakaznicky servis?! Takova drzost?!! A to mam zakznickou zlatou kartu. Na co mi to je kdyz trvalemu zakaznikovi ani to nemuzou vyresit?! Me ani nejde to, ze si ten produkt nemuzu vymenit, ale chovani prodavacek. To jsem nikdy nikde nezazila. A uz nemluvim o tom, ze tam vecne mezi sebou kecaji a ani nejsou schopni rict “dobry den” “nashledanou”. To za bezne dny, nemluvim ani o vcerejsku.
This is the second time I have experienced the extremely brazen behavior of saleswomen. I'm not going to talk about the first experience, that's a trifle compared to what I had yesterday! I came to exchange the product for another, I went to the shelf and chose what I needed. She brought a saleswoman to the saleswoman and explained that I wanted to exchange the product. What did the lady start to yell at me in a strange voice, that I should have called at the door, that I wanted to change something at all without ever stepping inside, that I could "steal" it. Where is it written ?! And where did it happen today ?! She asked me if I brought the product with me or what. ..and how else did I bring it for God's sake ?! When I explained that I had not stolen anything, she explained that I did not want to replace it. (And they have cameras at all.) Then another saleswoman came and together they started to voice me in a raised voice that they didn't seem to exchange anything, and even if I did, I could bring more purchased items from the receipt so I could exchange it and I used it at all. discount card and this is completely impossible for them. Even by law, the buyer has the right to return or exchange within a certain period. And when I say that it's not my problem, that the system can't do it, or rather that they can't do it themselves, but somehow they just have to solve it - write or call someone. So they started telling me that they wouldn't write anything to anyone and that it was my problem, that I wanted to change something at all and why I wanted to change at all, and that it wasn't their problem. That's just absurd! Is this supposed to be customer service ?! Such audacity? !! And I have a business gold card. What is it for me if a permanent customer can't even solve it ?! It doesn't even matter to me that I can't exchange the product, but the behavior of the saleswomen. I've never seen that anywhere. And I'm not talking about talking nonsense to each other there and they're not even able to say "good morning" "goodbye". Not for days, I'm not even talking about yesterday.

Prilis moc prodavacek, prilis prozivajicich svou praci, kolikrat ani nepozdravi jak horlive doplnuji. Zadne ekologicke produkty. Obycejna drogerie na malym meste.
Too many saleswomen, too many living their work, how many times do not even greet how eagerly I am. No organic products. Ordinary drugstore in a small town.
