J	Jakub Texl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této prodejně jsme zakoupili dětské rukávky na plavání. Po rozabalení a nafouknutí jsme zjistili, že se jeden ventilek sám od sebe otvírá a uniká z něj vzduch. Chtěli jsme tedy rukávky vrátit nebo vyměnit za jiné zboží. Paní prodavačka byla velmi neochotná. Snažila se nás přesvědčit, že neumíme ventilek správně uzavřít a že výrobek tedy žádnou vadu nemá. Dále nám oznámila, že není přítomna vedoucí a nelze vracet ani vyměňovat zboží. Rovněž prý nelze zboží vyměnit na jiné pobočce. Až po naléhání přinesla jiný kus, který ale vykazoval tutéž vadu. Vrcholný argument prodavačky byl, že přece není možné s rukávkem manipulovat - když jej necháme ležet na pultě tak se ventilek neotevře... Zapomněla nám vrátit paragon (porušení zákona o EET) a z prodejny nás vyhodila se slovy "zdržujete další zákazníky"... We bought children's swimming sleeves in this store. After unpacking and inflating, we found that one valve opens by itself and air escapes from it. So we wanted to return the sleeves or exchange them for other goods. The saleswoman was very reluctant. She tried to convince us that we could not close the valve properly and that the product therefore had no defects. She also informed us that the manager is not present and the goods cannot be returned or exchanged. It is also said that the goods cannot be exchanged at another branch. Only after insisting did she bring another piece, which, however, showed the same defect. The saleswoman's top argument was that it is not possible to manipulate the sleeve - if we leave it lying on the counter, the valve will not open ... She forgot to return the receipt (violation of the EET law) and threw us out of the store with the words "you are holding other customers" ...
