I use regularly when staying in a hotel. They are more European variations on Thai massages, although masseuses are probably really Thai.

Masérka zřejmě nevěděla co celých 90 minut dělat a tak se mi 15 minut hrabala ve vlasech. Na začátku jsem ji také upozorňoval, že chci spíš relaxační masáž a že nemusí používat tolik síly, což asi po 5 minutách zapomněla. Díky tomu že jsem zde už několikrát byl mám dobré srovnání s ostatními masérkami a tentokrát to prostě nebylo ono. Asi budu muset změnit salón. I have been going to the Thai salon for quite a long time, but the last massage was terrible. The masseuse did not seem to know what to do for 90 minutes and so I was poking in my hair for 15 minutes. At the beginning I also warned her that I want a more relaxing massage and that she does not have to use as much force, which after about 5 minutes she forgot. Because I have been here several times I have a good comparison with other masseuses and this time it just was not it. I guess I'll have to change the salon.

Takze si Vase arogantni reakce laskave nechejte pro nekoho jineho. Ano vyuzil jsem Vasi akci z webu kdy mela byt cena 90ti minutove masaze ponizena, coz teda opravdu byla...ale masaz rozhodne 90 minut netrvala. Rad se na onen zaznam z kamery klidne prijedu podivat. Na svem hodnoceni trvam a co se tyce doporuceni z me strany pro pripadne zname, mohu Vam garantovat, ze po teto reakci z Vasi strany budu od navstevy Vasich salonu opravdu zrazovat kde mohu. Prvni chyba na nasi strane, kdy jsme do salonu dosli pozde, za coz jsme se s manzelkou personalu omluvili. Personal byl velmi prijemny a po vysvetleni duvodu zpozdeni nam personal pomohl udelat novou objednavku ve stejny den o dve hodiny pozdeji. Tentokrate jsme prisli vcas, nicmene usmevava zamestnankyne byla ne uplne ve sve kuzi a ze s nami chce mluvit "sef". Na telefonu nam sdelil, ze jsme na prvni termin prisli pozde, tudiz dalsi termin byl stornovan. Opacil jsem, ze jsme booking provedli primo na miste s jeho zamestnanci a ti potvrdili platnost bookingu. Od pana "sefa" jsme se dozvedeli, ze je to nas problem, ze to jde jen pokud se objednavka predplati, toto nam ale zamestankyni pri preobjednani nebylo sdeleno. K nasemu prekvapeni i toto byl podle "sefa" nas problem, ponevadz jsme o stornu dostali notifikaci coz jsme nedostali. Opet podle "sefa" nas problem ponevadz notifikace chodi do spamu coz je nase chyba. Opacil jsem ze mame email u googlu ktery vyuziva asi spousta lidi nicmene dle "sefa" za to muzeme my nikoliv on. Kazdy necht si udela obrazek o "sefovi" sam. Staff friendly, unfortunately very arrogant "boss" bordering the branches of the branch in Hotel Oaza. What happened? We learned from Mr. "boss" that it is our problem, that it is only possible if the order is subscribed, but this was not communicated to the employee when reordering. To our surprise, this was also a problem, according to the "boss", because we received a cancellation notification, which we did not receive. Again, according to the "boss", our problem is that the notification goes to spam, which is our fault. I replied that we have an email from Google which is used by a lot of people, however, according to the "boss", we can not blame him. Everyone has a picture of a "boss" himself.

The worst person on the call was Phillipe a total idiotic egocentric person, he should not be in hospitality service. Don't waste your time going to this massage place, kindly train your staff and send Phillipe to some training.
