★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a clash in the system and another customer was placed on the same slot as me. The girl that did my hollywood wax was nice and spoke some English. The only problem I had was that she had to rush off to another customer and told me she did her best within the time given. I wish she could’ve spent a bit more time and cleaned up a little better. Overall it was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very variable service most recent visit was disappointing. Prague 1 salon has tiny rooms. Asthestician disagreed with service ordered description on website..visit before to now closed Prague 2 salon was perfect.

Didn't speak much english but we managed to understand each other.
The salon itself is a bit cramped and may not seem inviting from the outside, but it is clean and professional. Prices are very reasonable for the location and quality of the service.
Nice interaction with the staff - smiling and accommodating. Despite me asking for more things done than when I made the resevration and they being quite booked, Anna did her best to accommodate and did a great job of waxing - taking care to eliminate all hair, without rushing through it.
I'd recommend the place anytime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beautician (Anička) was professional and did an excellent Hollywood epilation, almost pain free. She is also nice and friendly and could speak English, so I had no problem as a non- Czech speaker. A bit pricey but worth the result. I will defenetly go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m in the military and I was in Prague on vacation. I initially had another appointment scheduled somewhere else which they cancelled. I booked this place The Amazon as a second or backup. I got a Brazilian wax. This place is a gem. It’s off the path from the main road but I found it! Service was excellent & she got all the hair!!! I’m very thankful I could fix this appt in with them! Online system worked good, had to borrow a friend’s Czech cell phone to establish the online Acct. I highly recommend this place! Thank you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ve been using their services for 3 years and all was ok. but then this year they started to ask me to buy credit in advance (!!???) because apparently i didn't book any service for 6 months (and i didn't, due to the pandemic). So they considered me as "new customer". Wow...So when i explained this to the this guy Vlad, who deals with reservations, he didn't care. and he also deleted all my booking history. So i stopped going...and i will never go again. and i do not reccomend them anymore. Zerooo stars !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was mixed on what to review this place, as my first experience here was great. The person who did my pedicure was extremely friendly and meticulous but make sure if you want polish that you ask for it in advance (apparently mani/pedis in Prague don't include polish, unless you ask for it). The second trip here was slightly different. The trimming, removing cuticles, etc. was done well but the polishing was not well done. I got gel polish and the manicurist (while sweet) did not paint to the bottom of my nails. When I left, it looked like my manicure occurred 5 days ago, not that day. I've attached pictures from it (6 days after and you can see how big the gap was), there were also some places where it was slightly chipped. I think it's unacceptable to not paint to the base of the nail. I get my nails done regularly and gel nails normally don't grow out that quickly. However here, I could've gone to a new salon and they would've assumed my manicure wasn't recent. The place is clean, staff is friendly, good if you don't want a polish, but if you do GO ELSEWHERE.
