★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited The Artisan restaurant for sunday brunch. It was totally amazing. We tasted more than 15 meals in this menu. It is based on traditional czech ingredients, grown near Prague, but all the dishes are modern made. You can taste typical czech fish, soup or desserts, but on every plate you will find something unusuall and new. Eatable ash for example....combined with potatoes absolutelly delicious. Thanks for this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the Sunday brunch and went in with low expectations (hotel restaurant in Prague ...). I was blown away it was absolutely amazing. They have changed from buffet style to a degustation menu and it was amazing.
Soooo much better than a buffet.
The meals were really well thought out and executed.
They had a novel candle made of lard with the švarky which was really cool. The oysters were super fresh and tasty.
Everything was clean and the staff were really friendly. The price was approximately 1300 per person including drinks and I think it was amazing value (possibly even too cheap).
It starts at 12 and finishes at 3, we got there at 1 and left at 3:30 and were absolutely stuffed. Next time I would go earlier and take my time.
Would definitely go here again and take my friends here especially if they keep with the degustation lunch menu rather than buffet.

I'd like to thank to the chief of staff of the restaurant for personally finding a solution to a problem that we had with the schedule at the moment of looking for some breakfast.
We were a group of 5 people and instead of telling us that the kitchen was closed and then wait for us to go out, she asked the staff to keep the buffet open for us, brought us Mimosas and at the end she didn't even charge us the food, claiming that everything was a misunderstanding on their side.
The way she treated us was exceptional. For that we were very happy and thankful for everything she did for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff friendly. Cocktails ok but mojito with zero sugar and a bad Aperol Spritz (asked for half aperol half prosecco), the prosecco was not fizzy and they put very little Aperol. Do not order the rib eye (the most expensive thing on the menu), worst steak ever. We ordered a medium rare and we could barely put the knife in it but the inside was raw. Not the tender steak you would expect but was more like a steak cooked previously and just warmed before was brought to us. We have send them back and they replaced them with their taditional dish (svičková), which was good - very tender beef pieces with some sauce and dumplings (no not expect asian dumplings but some sort of bread). The beef tartare was ok, but too strong of ?egg/mustard taste. The soup was good and the cheese board as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Artisan was an experience, this started with a visual experience, and then went on to stimulate all the other senses. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every single dish was created with perfection and the variety was one of the largest I have seen ever. This even beats some of the most luxurious restaurants I have ever eaten in.
Extremely creative take on a number of dishes, this was just a lunch service...
The whole experience is theatrical, and brings excitement to food. Every single mouth of food is an absolute pleasure and privilege. Beautiful. Highly recommended if you're staying in Prague, I would go as far as saying not to be missed in fact.
