Byli jsme u Vás ubytovaní s balíčkem "dokonalá relaxace v Bergu" a v rámci tohoto balíčku měli i večeře, tříchodové menu, které bylo každý den jiné a vynikající. Chvála panu šéfkuchaři a číšníkům, kteří byli velice ochotní a se vším skvěle poradili! Děkujeme a brzy se vrátíme, Navrátilovi z Olomouce Naprostá bomba !! We were accommodated with the package "perfect relaxation in Berg" and within this package we had dinner, a three-course menu that was different and excellent every day. Praise to the chef and the waiters, who were very helpful and with great advice! Thank you and we will be back soon, Navrátil from Olomouc

Hezké prostředí jak vnitřní restaurace, tak terasy a výborné jídlo. Ceny odpovídají kvalitě jídla. Děkujeme! We would like to commend the very helpful, pleasant and always smiling staff at the Berg Hotel restaurant, for which no wish was a problem. Nice environment both indoor restaurants, terraces and delicious food. Prices correspond to food quality. Thank you!

Musím konstatovat, že služby které byly deklarované na internetu a stránkách tohoto hotelu v žádném případě neodpovídaly nabídce. Byli jsme v tomto hotelu sice pouze na jednu noc, ale nebyli jsme spokojeni a to z těchto důvodů: nabídka jídel byla zcela omezena a to pouze na výběr v recepci při příjezdu. Bylo nám sděleno ,že se jinak nevaří. Parní sauna zcela nebyla funkční po celou dobu našeho pobytu. Kohoutek u sprchy vypadával a tak voda stále netekla. Z technických důvodů byly mimo provoz lázně na nohy. Zákusek, který jsme si objednali v restauraci byl zcela zmražený. Než rozmrzl jsme si museli počkat. No a tak si myslíme , že za takovou cenu cca skoro 4.000,- Kč pro dva by měly být tyto služby deklarované 4mi hvězdami na jiné úrovni. No ale je to asi na zamyšlení pro vedení tohoto hotelu. Jinak ubytování v rámci možností. Dear co-visitors of this hotel. I must state that the services that were declared on the Internet and the website of this hotel did not correspond to the offer in any way. We were only in this hotel for one night, but we were not satisfied for the following reasons: the menu was completely limited and only to choose from the reception upon arrival. We were told that they were not cooking otherwise. The steam sauna was not fully functional during our entire stay. The faucet by the shower was falling out, so the water still didn't flow. For technical reasons, the foot baths were out of order. The dessert we ordered at the restaurant was completely frozen. We had to wait before he thawed. And so we think that for such a price of almost 4,000 CZK for two, these services should be declared by 4 stars at a different level. Well, it's probably about thinking about running this hotel. Otherwise accommodation within the possibilities.

M	Martin Gasko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant was not willing to serve us. They claimed to have hotel guest reservation. As they have only half of tables prepared for them and there was nobody on the restaurant, I believe they were just lazy.
