L	Lida Knappova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nebyli jsme zde ubytovaní , ale zkusili jsme si dát večeři. Venku je hezké posezení, pokud půjdete na pivo, zmrzlinu, nebo na kafe, doporučuji. Ovšem jídlo, jedním slovem hrůza. Po cca 20 minutách čekání přišel kuchař, že ho bolí noha a že nás je moc a že to bude trvat dlouho. Nakonec jsme čekali přes hodinu. Stejná jídla, např hamburger, uvařil nejdřív jeden a za půl hodiny přinesli druhý. Ale vrchol příšel při placení. Žádný počítač, pěkně papírek, tužka a sčítáme. Vrátila jsem se zde v čase do šedesátých let minulého století. No nakonec to spočítali, ale byla to fuška. A jídlo nic moc. Bohužel. We were not accommodated here, but we tried to have dinner. The same dishes, such as a hamburger, were cooked by one and brought in another in half an hour. But the peak came when paying. No computer, nice paper, pencil and we add. I went back in time to the 1960s. Well, in the end they counted it, but it was a chore. And food not much. Unfortunately.

Recepce funguje jenom pár hodin denně, takže když dojedete mimo pracovní dobu, která činní asi čtyři hodiny, tak si musíte počkat než někdo dojde. Pokoj docela ušel, koupelna otřesná. Postel byla neskutečně tvrdá jak pryčna. Wellness mají udělané z místnosti, takže sauna krásně vytopí i tu místnost a je tam na padnutí. Jinak vizuálně to bylo v pohodě. Jediné co můžu pochválit je bazén. Jídlo samo o sobě dost katastrofa. Ráno si můžete vybrat ze dvou nízkorozpočtových salámů a sýrů, vejce natvrdo, které si musíte oloupat, dva druhy zeleniny, máslo Rama - žádný med nebo marmeláda, a pak nějaké křupinky s mlékem a pečivo. K pití káva, čaj a dost podivná limonáda, která má působit dojmem džusu, ale chutná to hůř jak Vitacit. Večeře byla poloviční porce jídla, kterou máte předem danou a nemůžete si vybrat. Vrchol byl, když mi na stůl přistál lunchmeat ála sekaná. Žrádlo, které si neudělám ani doma, protože si nemyslím, že jsem na to tak špatně, abych takový hnus musela jíst, tak dostanete ve tříhvězdičkovém hotelu. Pobyt hrůzy jak má být. I can not recommend the hotel for myself. The reception only works a few hours a day, so if you arrive outside of business hours, which are about four hours, you have to wait for someone to arrive. The room is quite gone, the bathroom appalling. The bed was incredibly hard as a bed. They have wellness made from the room, so the sauna heats up the room beautifully and is there for you. Otherwise, visually it was fine. The only thing I can praise is the pool. The food itself is quite a disaster. In the morning you can choose from two low-budget sausages and cheeses, hard-boiled eggs that you have to peel, two vegetables, Rama butter - no honey or jam, and then some crunch with milk and pastries. To drink coffee, tea and a rather strange lemonade, which is supposed to give the impression of juice, but it tastes worse than Vitacit. Dinner was half the meal you have pre-arranged and you can't choose. The climax was when a lunchmeat of Alaska meatloaf landed on my table. Food that I don't even make at home because I don't think I'm so bad that I have to eat such disgust, so you get it in a three-star hotel. Stay of horror as it should be.

Dinners are poor standard, eg. pasta bake just with bit of peas and carrots, buffet breakfast is not really buffet breakfast at all massage therapist was rude and ignorant which was just upsetting receptionist was nice thats the only good thing depandance Lucina" accommodation Very basic (no shower gel or shampoo) Just wanna forget how we felt staying there..
O	Ondřej Skalička on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. Took me 8 phone calls just to make a reservation. The food is poor quality (though they have Svijany beer on tap). Our room was small, badly designed, with malfunctioning equipment. For the two of us it was not possible to spend the evening comfortably. The hotel is in a great location, but clearly without anyone driving the advantage.
