WC v přízemí je nedávno rekonstruováno, v patře a suterénu ve stavebně neudržovaném stavu. Proběhla výměna nepůvodních oken za plastová. Rozpojený střešní svod ze dvora však neopraven ani po upozornění odhadem tři roky.
Historic building, maintenance corresponds to the seventies of the last century, as well as repaired the interior of the main hall. The toilet on the ground floor is recently reconstructed, on the first floor and in the basement in an unmaintained condition. The non-original windows were replaced with plastic ones. However, the disconnected roof gutter from the yard was not repaired even after a warning for an estimated three years.
