P	Petr Travelmaster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two years since my previous visit, I have to change my rating from 1 to 5 stars. It's like a completely different office now. Before, the employees couldn't or didn't want to speak English. Now, I could hear English from almost all the counters. The employees were very helpful and behaved nicely. The processing time of the application was also much faster (2 years ago it was 3 months, now just 1 month). The waiting room is newly equipped with phone chargers, which is a big plus for clients without appointment who have to wait longer. There are also vending machines with coffee and cold drinks. The whole building is well air conditioned. Whoever has been in charge of this office for the last 2 years did an incredibly good job!

They are full of patience and super polite. Our process was very smoth although we made a little mistake with the booking( We suppose to book European counter not third country counter).But we were fully supported by them and we feel like we had a prime customer experience. They also kindly answer our other questions which is not much related to this appointment. Booked online appointment, brought all the documents with us. total process costs around 30 mins without waiting. Very appreciated for your help guys?.

S	Saniia Pastierová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only positive emotions from the visit of this department. So I made an appointment in advance by phone and therefore came exactly on time. I took a ticket and my name and the time of the appointment were already written there. There were a lot of people in the waiting room, it was hot there and noisy, but likely they called me quickly, even ahead of time. In window number 5 there was a pleasant employee who quickly completed everything and explained all what was needed to me. Just make sure that you have all documents ready and make an appointment in advance. That's it.
R	Ranaji Deb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you've booked an appointment, please be present slightly before time and pick a token via the touch screen terminals. The staff speaks Czech and english. In case you have any questions then you can stand inbthe queue before your token number is called to make the entire process seamless. There's also place for kids to play and I had a great time making some images while waiting :)
