Great idea ... unfortunately no hygiene. According to the reservation system, we were the first to visit the facility on that day and yet it was not cleaned. Dirt everywhere, the hot tub smelled of mold, musty. Hair everywhere, cobwebs, I prefer not to talk about toilets.

1st impression - nice and cozy. 2nd impression - winter (ice heating). However, this was later solved by the sauna and whirlpool, the room temperature was sufficient. 3rd impression - surprise that the shower is "in the dark". A little unusual, but why not. The shower head is not ideal a good wash off the soap will give quite a job. 4. impression - a little worried about the quality of cleaning - a tuft of hair floating in the whirlpool, visible at first glance (see photo 1 after catching). 5th impression - confirmation of the impression 4. Out of curiosity, I literally shone myself on the shower. Make the conclusion yourself ☹ (see photo 2). 6. impression - quite a lot of hair in the whirlpool. Of course, this is due to irresponsible long-haired people who go to the whirlpool with loose hair. 7th impression - very painful, fortunately at the end of our visit. When I moved the cover to the hot tub, my foot got under the steps to the hot tub. Yes, my inattention, however, the one who installed the LED lighting under the stairs was not exactly a good craftsman. Otherwise, he would not leave a sharp metal edge on the edge of the stairs, which made a really ugly end to our visit (see photo 3 - the result was a 1/3 torn toenail on the toe).

The worst experience of my life! Instead of a romantic evening in the wellness, we enjoyed unpleasant surprises for a lot of money. Specifically for 1480.- CZK. And that there weren't many of them. So what do I start with? After arriving at the complex, we could not get through the gate, which had dismantled the bells, but in such a way that if it was dark, we would not notice that electric wires protruded from the box, which did not comply with safety regulations at all and endangered health. photo. So we had to open through a small gap between the mesh and the gate structure. But the team does not end there. The price included drinks where we chose non-alcoholic beverages. Of course, the offer of the refrigerator was waiting for us only alcoholic beer. So the experience narrowed down to drinking still water - How romantic. But the worst was the overall cleanliness and it arrived. Total dirt and humus settled on the edges of the whirlpool tub. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until we sat there. Now I'm just waiting for it to affect my health. Ladies know what I mean. I do not understand that in the time of the corona and all those hygienic measures, such an unhygienic or even dangerous state is possible at all, and I am not saying that cleanliness and order should be a matter of course in such facilities. I am enclosing a few photos to make a picture. I note that I am used to traveling a lot and I have already visited a lot of wellness, whether in the Czech Republic or abroad, but this totally disappointed and disappointed me. I regret that I read the reviews only after this traumatic experience, because they all tell you what I was convinced of. Never ever!!! So I send the owner such a link: I file a complaint to the CTIA and Hygiene and I will ask for a full refund, and that is the least, because no one will return the unpleasant experience and a spoiled evening that was supposed to be romantic. Not to mention the thought of Who am I all sitting in that bathtub? I'm really angry! You should be ashamed!!!

Not recommended. The water in the hot tub was 33 degrees. This is really not enough. In addition, the water smelled musty. Either they used bad chemistry or they were spoiled. Anyway, I stayed there for about 2 minutes. For the racks open window for ventilation, so already on arrival quite cold. The space is beautiful, unfortunately the cold and stinking water spoiled all pleasure.

Very difficult entrance to the wellness area, without providing important information about the entrance, mold immediately opposite the front door. Smelly water in the whirlpool, otherwise a very nice place. Water not too hot, radio down. We do not recommend.

We will never visit again, immediately after switching on the whirlpool the musty stench of water and dirt and slime on the edges of the whirlpool, you want it when you have to dive there jsme we had a reservation at eight and the whole area locked, we could not get inside, we had to ring next door on CGM if please don't unlock us, the infoline doesn't work. After the visit, I'm afraid we won't catch anything from the water ?

One big mistake .. The whirlpool is dirty foaming and foul-smelling (the owner told us that the cleaning lady was to blame when she threw chlorine in it ..), the glass from the sauna was dirty, as if someone in front of us ... Crumpled sheets, there was no soap or hair on the floor in the shower. Overall a really big disgust.

Definitely not recommended. My friends and I bought wellness for 90 minutes and therefore as a horror. As soon as we arrived at the wellness area, the smell of some fish hit us in the nose. But we figured it was probably just the steamy whirlpool hatch. Well, after we got into the water, we found out that the awful stench was the water. It was impossible to be at all. I felt like swimming in a penguin pool at the Zoo. Also, there was at least the sauna that completely escaped. Unfortunately, her temperature could not be regulated and the thermometer in the sauna showed 105 degrees. Although the cooling vat did not smell like a dovetail, the water was cloudy and after entering the vat you could see the torn pieces of dead skin floating in it. This company deserves a hygienic inspection. Unfortunately, it's our fault that we haven't looked at the reviews before. Otherwise we wouldn't have bought it at all.
